Applied Microphone Technology AMT 404 Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone Pair

As far as I can see, I am writing the first customer review of this microphone on the internet. The only explanation is horrible marketing because these mics are incredible for the price. I have recorded voice, acoustic guitar, and cello since getting these and all three recordings have been keepers. I compared a professional studio recording of the cello piece against mine with the AMTs and the AMTs won hands down.The only reason I give four stars instead of five is a slight 'clickiness' on the high end that requires an EQ tweak to roll off. To be fair, this company specializes in instrument mounted mics not these standalone small condensers. Add at least a half star for being American made.
