Well I do not think so according to the title of the product - TOSSWARE 9oz Flute - recyclable champagne plastic cup.

Are they sturdy enough or will they tip over easily?

Whike they are light, I think they were pretty sturdy. Of course when you fill them with liquid it will add stability because of weight. With that said, no they didn't tip over easily. I used them for mimosas at an brunch where children were going to be present so I felt safe. I would order another pack for future. One thing to note is you can keep them but if you decide to wash them just don't put them in your dishwasher or they will heat shrink! Hope this helps :)

Can you twll me the Dimension of one glass

5.75 inches high. Max width is 2.125 inches. We love them. Can clean in dishwasher, but TURN OFF THE DRY CYCLE or the "glass" will melt.
