K&N, easy on, easy off. Looks great.
Can't go wrong with K&N. I always use these oil filters because I know the quality is there, from the gasket to the outside finish. This same filter comes in black, but I like the chrome forHarley because it is visible when looking at it. The nut molded on to the end of the filter is my favorite thing about it. No need to fumble around with the old filter wrench in that tight area, just a socket on an extension, and it comes off easy. No mess.

Great filter for older Harley! Fits great, threads are nice. So easy to use. Lube up the O rings and just spin it on. Good paint on this filter. Way cheaper than Harley plus fast shipping. Even has a hex for using a socket to get it off when needed. Functions like a filter…

It looks good but...
I mean, how do you know if an oil filter is actually doing anything? All I can say is that it looks great, easy to install, pain in the ass to remove but that's more Harley's fault than the filter's. The bolt head on the end cover is the best thing since sliced bread, no more filter wrench. All-in-all it's a good deal. I obviously think so since I've bought about a dozen of them. Okay, I'm done
