Packaging was poor and components are imported
Package arrived without adequate packing around Chute and outer package was damaged by the slide moving around inside. The spring mount was bent badly. Be aware this slide is not a Vertical 8 manufactured by Greenwald Industries but only uses some Greenwald parts. To make a functional slide that mostly worked I had to take parts from this slide and put them in my old slide ( goal was to increase vend price to $2.00 from $1.50)

It didn't come with the plastic pieces to change the amount....Where do I get those?
This takes $1.25...I need to change it to .50 or .75 but none of the plastic pieces are with it so that I can block the slots that I don't need....Where do those come from???

very hard to get it to work, have to jiggle to get it to work
when it didn't work right I have worked on it but never have figured why at a certain point why it binds up and I have to back the slide back and wiggle it to get it to work
