Searched maybe 4 different sites to find a good deal, then decided to see if Amazon had it. Yup my surprise, they did! And with free shipping. All of the other sites would have cost me about $150 in shipping costs. The couch alone, was about $100 less than every site I used. Delivery was scheduled but came way earlier on the date scheduled. That's not a big issue at all. The couch came put together and the delivery men were able to get it in to my apartment no problem. The couch is very comfortable. The cushions will need some breaking in. Little firm at the moment but that's given with literally everything. I'm 6'1 and can lay on it comfortably. By far the best couch I've sat in!

Just got delivered! Delivery was not great and was rescheduled, but the couch is great! I was able to put the back pieces on by myself. I saw other reviews that said the couch was very hard. The seat cushions are a little firm but it's very comfortable. The size is very nice and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

This couch is REALLY pretty. It fits in well with my decor and seems to be made from quality materials. It was super easy to unbox and assemble - you only need to place the backs in their respective placed and press down to secure them. The backs and the pillow armrests are incredibly soft, and the material feels amazing. The only downside is the seats. they are like rocks! Not at all what I expected of Ashley Furniture, and so odd they were so uncomfortable compared to the rest of the couch! like, when you fully recline and give it a few minutes you start to not notice the firmness of the cushions, but it's still there, and it's not very comfy. Maybe I got a bad batch of seat cushions, or maybe I just have higher standars for the overall comfort. I mean, we'll keep it, with time we'll break in the seats and find a way to soften them, even if we have to void the warranty by opening them up and restuffing them ourselves. I just wish they weren't so painfully stiff. Whatever you do, do NOT flop down on them, or you may break your tailbone!!

I bought this couch to replace an older one I was given. Biggest mistake of my life so far. The couch came assembled, and was brought into my home. The seats and armrest are fine, but the back cushions are seriously the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat in. I bought this to finally have a comfy recliner to help with chronic back pain, and I literally can't even sit in this thing. Doesn't even take a full minute for this to absolutely wreck my back with pain... one side is super super firm, the other is way softer, either way both cushions feel like garbage... I couldn't really tell from the pics but the cushions have this giant slit in them the size of the grand canyon, and it just creates such an uncomfortable pressure point on your back. I've tried everything to fix this issue, but no dice. Pretty positive this is gonna be a return.

The sofa is pretty sturdy and comfortable. The sofa had several tears on it upon delivery.

I was a little nervous buying a couch online, but I’m sure glad I did! I purchased this couch for my new home a few months ago. It was delivered smoothly, easy to put together, and I loved the look of it. It reclines so smoothly and the fabric is amazing. I have a German Shepherd who is on my couch everyday and there has been zero issues.

This couch is very comfortable. Arrived in time just as scheduled. Had to take this upstairs to my game/movie room. I was worried it may not fit. But carefully tilting it sideways it went in the the room like a glove, the width for the door in the room it went into was 29". Highly recommend.
