Spare battery for Arris heated jacket
We have two heated jackets and needed a spare if one runs out. It’s perfect for exactly this.

No ability to charge battery!

You’re sent to a link to this battery in Amazon plus the 50% discount code, but you have to contact Nancy Fang via Facebook IM to get it. This battery on Amazon does not have the USB ports supplied with the original vest (see the first picture) and so requires a bespoke charging lead which is not available. When I contacted Nancy Fang again, she said I needed to contact Daisy Wang, who looks after the UK site (I've checked other Amazon sites and no charging lead). I’ve had no reply from Daisy, so am left with a battery that I can’t get a charger for! The battery supplied works fine but doesn’t last long hence needing more than one battery, but getting one that is compatible is nigh on impossible and getting a reply to seek resolution is similarly impossible, it would seem.

battery life is not as good as the one that comes with the jacket
I bought an additional battery so I can cycle their use with my jacket. It is clear that the new battery has around 50% of the endurance of the one that came with the jacket for the same settings. You need to factor that into your usage.The good news is does take less time to charge.

Works as you'd expect and hope
Bought as back up battery for newly acquitred Arris heated gilet.Works well, has a readout indicating the state of charge as a percentage which !is really helpful. I haven't tried it to charge my mobile with it yet but have no reason to suppose it wouldn't do that as effectively as it powers up the gilet heating panels
