McDavid Knee Brace, Knee Support & Compression for Knee Stability, Patella Tendon Support

I have been an Amazon customer for years, and have purchased from many different sellers. I must say that this seller, and Amazon, really outdid themselves. I ordered the wrong size,and they immediately sent me the correct size. It was amazing, really. The product itself is excellent, and fits true to size. My knee feels very stable in the brace,and the brace is one of the most comfortable I have worn. I can workout and do cardio in it, which usually my braces are good for lifting but not as comfortable for cardio. This one does not slip down.

My husband is wearing these every day. Takes them off to sleep of course. These braces give him enough support he is more stable walking without a cane or walker. They’re very comfortable. I didn’t give 5 stars because they are very difficult to take off. My husband came up with the idea of putting on his copper knee stocking first and then this brace is a breeze to put on and take off.

This knee brace was purchased for my teenage athletic son before surgery. Hr was having instability issues of the knee and was able to get back on the basketball court and play for a month prior to surgery. The brace held his knee in place but is flexible. Snug fit, recommend sizing up if you are not sure.

This was used after trying several cheap over the counter Walmart knee braces. The cheap braces worked ok at first but the Velcro would degrade and the fit got loose causing slippage while running. So far this unit has held up much better and we even ordered a second one because we like it so much.

Great brace. This has enabled me to hike up and down steep trails again. In the past 2 months I have done 3 trails with more than 3000 ft elevation gain (i.e., STEEP) and another with 1600 ft gain. Three months ago an easier hike without this brace was killing my knee, making me wonder if I was going to have to curtail my hiking adventures. I don't have ACL or cartilage damage, just age and irritated ITB. I am a petite woman, 5' 2" with slender legs, so I ordered the small size. It is a snug fit, but if it were loose, it would not work. I think it's just right.

I have patella tendonitis in both knees and weak lateral support as well. Walking for any distance or length of time takes its toll on my knees. I bought a pair of these patella supports with spring steel stays on the sides hoping they would give me some relief. And, they did. I wear them to mow the lawn with my push mower and whenever I get on my elliptical machine for a cardio workout. They can be a little hot to wear in the summer, but I got use to it. The steel stays on the side give excellent knee stability and support. With that support I can work outdoors and exercise much longer with them on than without. They wash and drip-dry easily. Since wearing them religiously whenever I exercise, mow the lawn, or do any activity that calls for repeated squatting and standing the pain in my knees has decreased greatly. If this pair ever wears out, you can bet I'll buy another pair asap. One suggestion: If your fitting measurement is "on the line" between two sizes, opt for the smaller size.

Gives medium support to my knee, doesn't ride up my leg. I don't use it all the time as my physio advised it can weaken the muscles in the long run, so I just keep it for when I'm going to be using the stairs.
