Seven Seas Cod Liver Fish Oil 500 Capsules

These cod liver oil are good, the taste is good, does have a fish smell but its a fish oil that is expected. I believe this supplement gives me the right amount of Omega 3. Take two a day and your good to go have been taking for a while These help with my immune system and joints.

Nothing beats Seven Seas cod liver oil! I tried other brands and they had me burping and nauseous despite the label saying otherwise. These sell out fast for a reason. I've been taking them since I was a child. I never got sick, and no joint pains at 36 years old. I intend to keep buying from this supplier. Got it on time and the product is the real deal.

This is the only fish oil to get! I have been using it for a week and noticed the lack of ow sounds that I make as I get up each morning. Getting old sucks but this will help.

I have used Seven Seas since my childhood, but it was just recently that I saw the benefits. I am a doctoral student who always has her nose up in a book, or researching an article on the internet. Seven Seas not only gives my brain the necessary boost it needs, but keeps my hair, nail, and bones very strong. Here is a claim which has been true for me - My grey hair have gone back to being black (I swear by the old Gods and New). I also have hypothyroidism which makes it difficult for me to lose weight, but Seven Seas has made sure that my weight remains stable. If my weight cannot go down (cos I hate to exercise, and love to eat junk, haha!!), it ensures that I don't put on anymore. Plus my eyesight is as good as a hawk (yeah, I exaggerated, but you get the drift). So that works out pretty well for me. I highly recommend this product!!! <3

Pros:- Medically it is said that Fish oil is good if you have high Cholesterol issue. Fish oil is a good source of Omega 3 fatty acid, which is essential for good brain and body function. It is a good source of vitamins. Vitamin a essential for eyes . Vitamin D is essential for bones. This product is one cheapest Fish Oil and one of the best too. I bought this after considering many others. I really like its appearance. Cons:- Packing, comes in clear transparent plastic bottle. FIsh oil is susceptible to Sunlight and heat. Many brands are offering opaque bottle. Suggestion:- You should take around 3000 - 4000 Mg fish oil daily , otherwise you will not bee seeing a lot of change in your body. Verdic It is a good product. It is not a medicine but a health supplement , everyone should use it for better health. I hope that my review helped you. Merc's 7 Seas Cod lever Oil One simple rule to be followed when you go out shopping for supplements: Observe the label on the product. If it does not exclusively mention the ingredients and their quantity and also about the additives, the provider is not being honest, hiding things, eg. Merc's 7 Seas Cod Liver Oil. After consuming 500 Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil capsules (250 each me and wife, 6 caps each per day divided into 2 caps 3 times with meals) I am competent enough to sit in judgement. Observations during the course: 1) I noticed my wife struggling to stretch her legs, grimacing and complaining pain in the knee. She did nothing like this before. 2) I felt no difference or may be a few short pricks at certain angles in the knees while walking or standing. This happened 4-5 times. 3) I silently noticed, wife had not been nagging for sometime- quite unbecoming of her trait. The Label on my 7 Seas CLO pack says - Cod Liver Oil (Type B)-300 mg, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, EPA, DHA. Thats all, nothing about the quantity of each or about additives if any. Dosage: 1-2 capsules 3 times a day or as recommended by the physician. Now, how on earth is the physician going to advise you on the dosage if he doesn't know the proper composition. It is said, fish oil like all PUFAs are higly susceptible to oxidation from heat and light. A rancid fish oil can do more harm than good. On the label 7 Seas CLO advises you to keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture. Funny enough, Merc has packed your CLO in a beautiful TRANSPARENT plastic bottle. I felt funny myself trying to transfer the contents to a dark bottle. Queries to the Manager Consumer Health Care Division MERCK LIMITED, regarding proper composition, certification of purity/quality like NSF/GMP/FSSAI/Peer reviewed or any 3rd Party certification, drew blank. Someone has reported that 7 Seas CLO in the UK clearly mentions on the label the composition as Vit A Retinol-670 IU, Vit D3 Cholecalciferol 67 IU, EPA-26 mg, DHA-24 mg. Why has Merc not felt that neccessary for us Indians. The composition mentioned on the UK variety shows paltry amount of the components anyway. Mind you, Merc has suffered some really bad press on more than on one occassion in the past. May be not for nothing after all. Final verdict on 7 Seas CLO- Not sure about knees, brain, heart or eyes but good for nagging wives.
