Life is too short to try all the flavours of tea on the market - so I have started buying samplers of various types of tea offered by different brands. I have been using TGL coffee for a while, but this was my first experience with TGL's tea.This is a premium selection of green teas, including Kashmiri Kahwa. Some people who try switching from black tea to green tea are discouraged by the bitter aftertaste of plain green tea. For such people, the best choice is Gunpowder tea, which has a mellow flavour, verging on saltiness. For those who like their tea to be sweet, there are green teas like Mogo Mogo and Little Buddha with natural sweeteners added to them. There is a Jasmine green tea too, but I found it lacking in aroma and flavour.A very good sampler, to be sure. I use a single teabag in a half-litre flask of hot water, which gives me two mugfuls of tea. The packaging is effective and suitable for office use, but it is not eco-friendly. Of course it seems expensive, but it enables you to try a variety of flavours and then buy the ones you like most.

Disclaimer: I am a new convert to Green Tea, so I am kind of in the experiential phase of the same.Having tried a few other brands/variants, TGL does win hands down in their flavour options. Their tea blends smell and taste good.The sampler contains an assortment - few of which are far superior than the others. Mogo Mogo, Geisha and Little Buddha are the variants that really stood out.The packaging could be much better as the box is made of poor quality cardboard which yields on the slightest of pressure (hence not very ideal during mass transit of products)!Although of good quality, I find TGL's variants to also be the most expensive of the lot - hence wouldn't call them value for money.They're more of a premium offering!

Usually I don't write reviews but had to comment on this!Loved this! Little buddha flavour and mogu mogu were the best! Didn't find single variety that I didn't like. My family enjoys this too, especially due of the freshness of the leaves and the aroma.In short this such a refreshing tea collection with green tea as the base, which is a Powerful antioxidant.

I enjoyed trying all of the intersting flavours! Every single one of them tasted really rich and nice and had a lovely fragrance as well. I'm extremely satisfied with the packaging as well! Will definitely try these again some time!

Tea is nice! But teabags are synthetic non-conpostable material that come individually packed in plastic envelope which all come together in a plastic bag. This is the 21st century, guys. And we are in India. Please work on a more sustainable presentation of your very good tea!

i love that they offer a sampler pack which lets you try all the different flavours! love their teas. now i know which flavours i like so will order those.

Good packaging, quality tea bags, lux feel. Sampler has a good assortment; I’m not personally a big fan of fruit teas - so if you know what you want, perhaps to best order the specific pack instead. Good for having a wider choice especially if entertaining.
