Very good quality product.
Excellent value item with high quality materials. Not too hard to assemble but the wrenches included with it aren't very good so they will slow you down. Overall very happy with it.

Good sissy squat machine but unnecessarily BIG footprint
Footprint is too big due to the push up bars and the way it is designed. if you take that part off the machine wont balance and you will fall back while doing sissy squats. You have to have the bars on and that creates too big of a footprint. There are better models in the market for the same value that have smaller footprint and a nordic ham raise in it also. Check the treadmill factory.

Money well spent!
This product is of great quality for the price, so you cannot go wrong with it. Very easy to assemble, the tools it comes with are a little crappy, so you may want to use your own nut drivers.My only advice is don't purchase a sissy squat machine if you've never used one before as it may just collect dust in your place. This machine is not for everyone or everyone's knees.Plus these guys have great customer support., they are top-notch people
