Torrey Pines Logic T10-S Thermal Imaging Sight

The Torrey Pines T10 Model S is billed as a Thermal Red Dot Sight, designed for quick target location, day or night. Its an Interesting concept, but needs improvement, like any first generation product. The screen size is WAY too small for practical use, causing the user to focus on the screen too much and not his sight picture. The unit allows the user to select multiple color choices( Black Hot/White Hot/Color/Green), but most imagery is washed out and any distance over 6 yards and your image just blends together in a blur. There is a Menu the user can access for reticle adjustment, but no screen brightness settings to be found.I used the unit indoors and out and found it to work best indoors, which is useless for most weapon mount applications. The hand held mount is a good idea if your looking for someones pet. The unit is designed with an integral picitinny rail mount and works well for stable mounting. I'll be waiting for someone else to create a better version.

Good, but small screen.

Bought for hunting at night. May help in spotting but no way to use for aiming unless at close range with pistol or shotgun.

Fantastic product, works great and the battery lasts a long time
