Bought several for myself and my kids for remote learning and permanent work from home. No real complaints considering the price. One broke as my kid was being rough with it. Not a big deal because they are fairly inexpensive to replace. For my desk, I found the mute button hard to find since it has the same tactile feel as the volume control buttons and I typically work with overhead lights off. I also found the the remote tends to flip over easily on the desk making it hard to see the mute light and get to the controls. Ended up super gluing a small o-ring so I can easily find the mute button by feel and hot glued the whole remote to a piece of wood. Perfect control now.Sound wise no complaints from others. The can hear me just fine and connectivity is simple USB so I haven't had any technical issues with Webex and Slack.

For the price I just expect this to be operable and it is.- The microphone works and I am well heard.- You can hear well enough out of the single head piece- It was basically plug and play on Windows 10- Price was good- It doesn't hurt your head wearing it for long periods of timeOverall a good product for what it is and the price

They worked so well and literally today, a little over 2 months later, the plastic arm that has the head set and mic snapped when I adjusted it and small pieces broke off. I only used these a few hours a day, 4-5 days a week work. They should have lasted a lot longer than this 😭

My friends have spent lots of money on headsets while I’ve used this one and been happy for its price!

Overall good headset however they are extremely loose. If I tilt my head too much they fall off my head and causes some chaos since I have customers on them.

コードは長く、リモコン部が使いやすい位置に来ます。LEDインジケーターでマイクＯＮ時緑、ミュート時赤になるので分かりやすいのが良い。音量ボタンはＰＣのボリューム設定を操作するタイプなのでヘッドセット側のボリュームを絞ってて聞こえないということはないですが、ＰＣ側のボリューム設定が変わるのが嫌だという方には向きません。1000円台の安いヘッドセットはイヤーパッドが薄っぺらいスポンジですが、これはクッションが厚くレザー風なので装着感も良く音もよく聞こえます。あと、ボタン操作や身体を動かしてコードが擦れるとゴソゴソという音がコードを伝わってきて聞こえるのが気になりましたが、マイクでは拾ってないようです。有線式のためやむを得ないのですが。端子はUSB-Aタイプのみなので刺し間違いがないのですがボイスチェンジャーなどを使う場合はご注意を。

Fast delivery. The headset is very light but I find it doesn’t fit that well. I had to adjust a few times to get it right. The manual says that there are other jacks to connect it with telephone, and other devices but this is just USB. Are they sold separately? Or is it a different item? I checked the post and it does say only USB, so I can’t complain about this. Just wondering about the manual. Overall, it’s OK. Very light and your ear don’t feel tired from prolonged usage.
