I wanted to use this piece of equipment for several months in order to give it a fair review.This allows me to front squat and to maintain a more vertical position of my torso to the ground, and it targets the quads better for me. In the past, when doing front squats in a conventional manner, my ability to hold the bar was my limiting factor, rather than my my legs reaching failure. This piece also frees up my arms so that I can go beyond failure of my legs, by assisting with my arms as my legs tire.It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is of extremely high quality. I am extremely happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this product.

I just got it today and couldn't wait to try it. I've always had trouble developing my quadriceps but I don't have either the arm length or the flexibility in my wrists to control the bar while doing traditional front squats. So this front squat harness is a godsend for me! It's professionally crafted and very sturdy. Probably weighs about 15 pounds just by itself. Every other front squat harness that I considered had complaints about it being too long and digging into the lower abs/crotch area when squatting low. But this one doesn't have that problem, I'm happy to say! The padding on the shoulder arms is very thick and feels very comfortable with a weight load. All in all, I definitely recommend this product!

Easy to fit on so many different sizes of people and we love the extra padding so weight doesnt dig into your shoulders. Great addtion to our home gym
