So simple to use!
Excellent little device which really is plug and play! I had a back up DVD player which doesn't have an HDMI port, only RCA or SCART. I plugged in the RCA plugs, connected it to a 240v-to-USB power source and connected to a spare HDMI port on my TV, then popped in a DVD and all worked perfectly. Great picture and sound!!A couple of points:1. The mouled HDMI cable is only 46cm in length, so you might need (as I did) an HDMI extension cable.2. A power supply isn't included; I bought a simple 240v to USB plug to power the device and it works just fine!

Perfect AV to HDMI solution.
No HDMI outputs on my older Sony DVD player, and no AV inputs on my brand new TV - so what to do about it?This simple plug and play AV to HDMI converter was the answer. Analogue AV output from DVD in, and digital 1080 HDMI out the other end. Perfect - it works a treat.Similar slightly cheaper bare converters out there if you already have your own phono cables, HDMI cable and usb power cord, but this is the complete package, all cables and connectors moulded in one. Neat, tidy - can't fault.

Product does work, but not as quick and easy as I thought. needed to go and find extra connectors to make it work.

Doesn't work
Have plugged the red/yell/white plugs into my AV sender and the USB into my TV (for power) and the HDMI into my HDMI splitter )that is connected to my downstairs TV) and the signal isn't being sent to the TV upstairs. Have restarted everything and still nothing. Not sure what else to do but it's not working!

Excellent piece of kit
Very easy to use and set up. Was able to use a very old Nintendo and super mario game.

Doesn't work
Should simply work upon everything plugged in. Does not work at all in any aspect not even sound. Blank screen too.
