Great value for DIM. Capsules are average size, easy to swallow, and odor-free. One capsule had broken in the bottle leaving the contents as a residue on the remaining capsules otherwise packaging was great.I had my testosterone checked several weeks after starting this product and noticed an appropriate increase. I am totally pleased.Would absolutely recommend to men to boost testosterone and inhibit aromatase. Would recommend to women to reduce hot flashes.

I had to return this product because it smelled Awful like Moth Balls. This is the second DIM product that I’ve ordered through Amazon that I’ve had to get a refund for because it smelled like Moth Balls. I have used DIM for the last few years and have positive results buying different brands through Amazon but this product has something wrong with it. Be Cautious!!

I ordered this product in December 2020 and arrived expired. I just noticed it now.

This product smells like cheap plastic. We thought it was the container that the DIM arrived in so we put all of the pills into a different container and disposed of the original one. It is definitely the DIM capsules that smell toxic. I would return this item if I still had the original container. I'll be ordering another brand and tossing these in the trash.

Upon opening product had strong chemical smell like camphor or moth balls. Did not feel comfortable ingesting but rating a 4 due to very prompt and professional customer service attention.

Have tried many brands of Dim and prefer this one.

Good price and great alternative to the costly DIM supplements at Dr's office. Whole year supply and stronger than name brand Biote.
