Perfect size to curl up on the recliner with a kitty! Love the various woven square patterns and it's just the right level of warmth - not to thin or too thick. It isn't as soft as I thought it would be from other reviews, but since I'm usually in pajamas it works well. I do love that it's MADE IN THE USA!Edit: After using this for six months I am changing my review to 5 stars as it is such a nice throw to use daily. It is very well made and has softened up some with time and laundering.

I got my first one 8 years ago, and a second one last year. One stays on the bed and another is for my "get-away" room chair. it is perfect for a layering piece on the bed. I like a cool room with warm feet and this is perfect for getting the right sleep temp. It is very simply but very attractive and very well made. Thinking about a third for the TV room. REALLY nice piece!

I bought this to use as a throw for a chair in our master bedroom and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Although the description says white, I'd say it's warmer than white, maybe ivory or cream. It was definitely what I'd hoped for. It has a very rich texture and it's so comfortable. Our kids love to curl up in the chair to read and they often end up falling asleep. I will say that it was shorter than I expected, but I admit that I didn't read the dimensions. When I placed it on the chair though, I felt that it was the perfect width and length. Anything bigger would have way too much overhang. We are very pleased.

I actually love this throw - after I ran it through the washer and dryer about five or six times. It took that many times for the dryer to Hoover out the little lint pieces that otherwise shed over my dark sofa. After using detergent in the first wash, I used only the rinse cycle for the subsequent washes. After all the washing, I also had to clip one or two of the fringies that had somehow gotten pulled or otherwise "lost their way." I did this with no damage to the throw, and you could never tell one or two fringies were clipped. (The fringe held up nicely through all the washes other than that.)The good news: The throw held up very well through all the wash/dry cycles, It didn't shrink that I could tell or get wonky in any way, and it and was pretty much lint free after the five or six times - so that my only real objection was removed. It looks beautiful - a rich texture and nice creamy color. It's comfortable throughout the year - breathable. In short, I really like it and consider it an excellent value for the price.

I really love this textured block fringed throw blanket. The 2-layer cotton fabric is a perfect summer weight, and the natural off-white color and texture has a timeless look. I bought it to use when we sit outside on our covered porch when there is a nip in the air, and it is just the right size and weight. But I've also found that I love the way it drapes over our leather club chair inside, too (I might need to buy another one!) I've only washed it once and so far it looks great. If I use it a lot outside, I'm sure it will be washed OFTEN. I'll definitely update my review after a few more washings. If you want a classic cotton throw this one is a great choice.

This is beautiful throw, I like everything about it EXCEPT it snags easily and actually started unraveling at the ends. And I don’t even use it except as a decorative throw on my bed. So, I wouldn’t recommend it if you hope to use it - doubt it would last long.

We moved from the northeast to Florida a few years ago. We brought along our throw blankets and were using them here. But they were too heavy for Florida, as some were down filled and some were fleece. I had to keep taking them off and putting them back on. So, I found this cotton throw on Amazon and I'm very glad I did. It is heavy enough to keep you warm, but it breathes as it is cotton, so there's no need for the on and off annoyance. I love this throw. It will need a few washings to get the lint off, but Overall I believe this deserves every one of the 5 stars. It is well made, substantial and I would highly recommend it.

I just received this throw last evening and am delighted with it. I wanted a cotton throw to keep handy in the living room for cool nights. This throw is so soft and comfy and VERY attractive. I folded it up and placed it on the ottoman. Within one minute, our calico cat was sleeping on it. That's a real compliment because everyone knows a cat will find the most comfy seat in the house. :) Anyway, the material is soft, the textured pattern is beautiful and I love the fact it is made right here in the USA....in North Carolina. I couldn't be happier. It looks terrific in our living room.
