So with any large Amazon purchase I was scared to order with little reviews and having never sat on this couch. However, I was happily surprised. The box came pretty rough with holes all over it and looked like it been through hell. However was surprised when we pulled it apart it was pretty good. The base was in one piece then the backs just snapped onto the back. Super easy to put together. The comfort of the couch is great. Happy to report this was a great purchase and we didn't have to wait 6 to 8 weeks with Ashley's backorder.

It was simple to assemble and looks great in my small living room space. I am very satisfied with my purchase

I love this couch. It's slightly firm but that doesn't bother me. I love the fabric, it's super soft. It was really easy to assemble, the hardest part was getting the delivery guys to carry it up my apartment stairs (which I felt really bad about). The recliners are great, it's pretty sturdy, but also light enough to move easily. I think it was great value for the price and in a one bedroom apartment.

The couch came damaged but Amazon gave us a half price refund so we sewed the damage. The mechanics aren’t great either it’s hard to push in and out. For the price though I’m not to mad. Not sure I would have been happy if I had to pay full price though.

Sofa is better than I hoped. Assembling the back is not easy. Hard to get it to click in. Much more padding in footrest than other brands. Would definitely buy again. Freight company that delivered sofa went above and beyond. Nothing was broken or scratched.

Nice couch, less than stellar customer support. This couch was not packaged very well, 4 pieces placed in one box, with no protective padding. My couch arrived on time as scheduled; however, when I took it out of the box, a few of the plastic feet were busted.When I tried to contact customer support: no response was ever given. I left a message through Amazon, as well as, tried to contact Ashley and no one bothered to reach out to me.I would be happy to just purchase a bag of the plastic feet, but can't seem to find them available.Overall; nice couch! Comfortable, easy to assemble (with a helper) and seems sturdy and well made. However, the support for this product is subpar.
