These are so good!
When these started disappearing from shelves at our local store, I turned to Amazon to buy in bulk. I love these quinoa cups. The flavor is so good and the ingredients are great too. It's not just quinoa. It's also full of other yummy veggies. I find I don't even need to use all the sauce to get the perfect flavor. Plus, the spoon practically puts itself together. Just an added bonus over that other one. ;) I really hope these stick around. I have one every day for a quick lunch/pick-me-up.

Not to bad
I got the red peppers one and it isn't too bad. It has lentils and artichokes red peppers, mushrooms. I wiil see if and when I finish the quinoa if I want to buy more.Updated: I almost finished off the first box. I bought another box. I look back at the what I bought and they raised the price. I'm not happy with that at all. That's almost price gouging.

Not sure how to do this review Because...
I ordered a case (12) on 10-08-2020. It came today 9th. The use by date is 10-13-2020 I had hoped for more than 4 days to eat a case of these. I honestly dont know if there was a screw up on the printing of the date or what but if not Im not a satisfied customer = (I wanted to reach out to them but I honestly dont know how except to do a review and hope they will reach out to me.I loved the idea to be able to send good healthy food with my husband for lunches that he could just pop open and eat. Disappointed they sent a whole case that expires in 4 days = (

Lower salt content
Lower salt in sauce would be better

RoastedRedPepper is better than SouthwestCorn
I have eaten several bowls of Veggieful (a) Roasted Red Peppers and a 2 bowls of (b) Southwest Corn. I prefer the taste of Roasted Red Pepper(30carbs) and it seems to fill me up with less carbs than the Southwest Corn 37 carbs. The SouthwestCorn had what looked like dehydrated beans & corn. The shapes were a little unusual. When I added water and nuked another 20seconds, stirred, and let it simmer 2min. still the beans & corn were very hard, not even chewy. I picked out the beans and corn, and poured the rest into an Amy's Kale & Quinoa soup. For me, the value/taste is not there with the Southwest Corn.My unused bowls will be picked free of hard beans & hard corn then the remainder will mix nicely with my favorite Amy's Organic soups, a side dish, salad, meatloaf, salmon patties, etc. ***Lots of options so don't throw them away if you don't like it!***

Not bad but too sweet
I liked that these quinoa bowls are more affordable and contain more veggies than the competitor. However the flavor is too sweet for my palate. That’s partly my fault for not carefully scrutinizing the nutrition and ingredient information, but I guess I just didn’t expect 8g of sugar to taste so sweet. When you account for the small portion size, though (only 210 calories in the whole thing), 8g of sugar is a lot. It’s my understanding that I am an anomaly among Americans in that I do not like sugary foods (unless it’s meant to be dessert!). Why do so many American crackers and breads taste like cake, for example?? But maybe that’s what most people like in this country (just know that the rest of the world finds this odd), so if sweet is your thing, you’ll love this bowl! If you’re like me, however, you can still rescue this bowl by adding less of the topping (where all the sugar is), and flavoring it up with other added seasonings.

adds variety to pantry and preps, add more goodies to it, add broth for quick broth bowl
Not too shabby! Definitely more for convenience, to have something on hand. Not my go-to for a healthy meal (shelf stable is not going to be epitome of health food). But it adds a little variety to my pantry, and I love the fiber and protein content for each portion. Could use a little less sugar and sodium (from soy sauce) but it isnt terrible.I added this to my longer term pantry, not exactly emergency food, but something that could be used as such since there is really no preparation needed. I can eat this alone, or use it to flavor something else. Add in more vegetables (fresh, canned, frozen, left overs), or a protein (beans, canned, fresh, frozen, left overs), or more grain (or pasta), or add in a bunch of broth to make a quick soup (my favorite application). It is well packaged and the shelf life is going to be longer than the best buy date stamped on it (does not expire the day that is stamped in it- be smart).

Roasted Red Pepper style is so yummy!! 😊
Edit 8/27/21:THE PRICE WENT UP $20.00 *PER CASE* SINCE LAST MONTH!!! NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!!WHAT A HORRIBLE WORLD ITS BECOMING!! 😥I chose the "Roasted Red Pepper" style because at the time (last week) it was one of the cheaper options. I'm glad I did because I personally think it's very delicious!! Very moist and flavorful. A tad sweet, but I liked it that way. I didn't even heat it up. Yum!!Definitely not a very big portion, but I don't eat that much anyway so it's just the right amount for me.I see that now, only a week later, that the price has been raised by $22 (for a case of 12). So, sadly, I won't be buying any more of them unless it goes back down again.
