Creator Expert Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 10269 Building Kit (1,023 Pieces)

I loved building this. This is a perfect gift for anyone who loves motorcycles or Legos or building things or all three. Also looks cool as hell , I wish they had more cruiser models to choose from than just this one.

This took about a week to assemble (as an expert level builder). The size is perfect and the functioning parts are cool. The age on the box is appropriate and it was fun for my big kid. It was cute to see it all put together! He had a blast and filled up the boring, cold winter for at least a week.

Great build quality. Solid when finished.

Assembly of this project is not as tight as I expected. I had to learn how to handle it to keep from having it fall apart and rebuild. Double review of instructions to note that I have built it correctly. I have attempted to install the light kit, which instructions for that are vague requiring disassembly, causing additional wear and loosening parts. I have to say that I have been able to see moving parts operating properly 🙌 Awesome 👌 👏 👍

***1 Star for shipping*** I will get to the shipping in a moment. But the product itself looks amazing. The Harley looks so cool and my first impression on receiving the item is this is going to be an awesome build. this was a gift for a 27-year-old who loves building and collecting Legos. I believe these sets are geared towards more avid builders and collectors. My only issue was the shipping of the item. It arrived in a box 3 times too big with brown packing paper. One of the corners was badly dented and blunted. The packing box itself did not have any significant damage on the outside. I am assuming this either happen at the warehouse or during transit Moving around in the oversize box. The recipient of the gift I was told was very very happy with the item but did pay notice to the damaged corner. I've ordered Legos myself and the more expensive sets have come in a brown Lego box that protects the Lego very well. I will be a little hesitant to purchase Legos directly from Amazon considering my experience with this item.

Especially appealing to Harley Davidson fans. Finished model is show quality for the house. Excellent instructions which included a history of Harley Davidson and the creation of the Fat Boy model. It is an intricate build but easy to follow step-by-step. Note there were a few extra of the smaller pieces. Highly recommend for ages 16+ as indicated on the box.

I love building motorcycle Legos as well I have two other older model which is Mega Bloks ProBuilder. I’m a fans of Harley-Davidson. This procduct is the coolest one! No missing parts, easy to follow instructions and fast delivery. I enjoyed building Legos and put up on display along with two other motorcycles.
