I’ve been using this rechargeable LED lantern and I’m very impressed with how well it performs. The brightness is excellent for its size and easily lights up a room or outdoor space, which makes it great for camping, power outages, or general home use. I love how lightweight it is, which makes it easy to carry, move around, or store without any hassle. Even though it’s light, it still feels well made and good quality. The rechargeable feature is very convenient, and I like not having to rely on disposable batteries. It charges easily and holds power well. Overall, this lantern offers great value for the money. It works exactly as expected, is simple to use, and is very reliable. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a bright, lightweight, and practical lantern.

My husband and I purchased this flashlight for our son in 2021. I liked it so well, I requested and received the same item as a gift the next year. I primarily keep it in my vehicle for emergencies. I’ve also used it on my son’s forested property to find the dogs. I’m writing this review on January 11, 2025; more than two years since receiving it. In that time, despite being left in extreme heat and cold, I’ve never needed to recharge it. It continues to function as well as the day I received it. The flashlight can be recharged using the included usb cable, which will be very useful in my vehicle. There are four settings. The high beam is very powerful and lights the forest amazingly well. The low beam has been useful to light the immediate vicinity when I’m engaged in activities in the dark, like putting collars on the dogs. I feel secure knowing the red flashing light can alert other drivers if I’m stalled on the side of the road. It functions well. The side light isn’t bright enough to do more than, for example, jot a note. It doesn’t provide enough light to illuminate fine details. I have yet to charge my phone battery using the port on the flashlight, but I’m grateful to have that option. It’s lightweight, which is useful to me when I’m leading the dogs into the house. I can hold the flashlight and lead(s) in the same hand. I also appreciate the strap on the flashlight that allows me carry the flashlight hands-free as it lights the path to my destination while carrying bundles and large boxes. I’m pleased with this flashlight and recommend it to those who are considering a purchase.

This is going to be VERY helpful should we need it again with an 11-day power outage! It's VERY light weight, not bulky and heavy. If you put together an emergency box, it sure won't contribute much to the weight if you have to make a quick exit. During the last hurricane, we needed much better interior lighting. With the front and side lights, we can stand it on end to get light bouncing off the ceiling, too. The light arrived charged, so it was nice to check it's light as soon as we got it. Not sure how long it takes to recharge it or aerobic charged. Instructions say to charge it once every three months if we haven't used it. But we're going to try to find reasons to use it so that we're sure the battery stays charged. Instructions also say if the light hasn't been used in 12 months, please stop using it to avoid safety hazards. (???) If we're ever without power again for such a long time (11dsys), we'll still have to charge it in a vehicle. But it will be so nice to have a bright enough light in the house to see each other at night! It recharges with a USB cord, and computers sure won't be working without power. Now I wish I'd gone ahead and bought the solar powered charger during prime days, too!

This lantern has lasted me 5 years! Very bright and easy to recharge. Took about an hour to get 100%. It works great charging both iPhone & Android phones as well. I bought this for camping in summer but just used it in the snow to change a tire in the dark and it was exactly what I needed. 5 years no problem and use it year round.

This appears to be a common design marketed under several different distributors/brand names. I was able to grab one during a lightning deal at a reasonable price. Main function - Spotlight [5/5]. Modes: Bright and medium bright. Brightness intensity is really good, very bright and tight beam. Also, the two light levels are controlled by a rocker switch, excellent as you know immediately what the power level is. In comparison, flashlights & tactical lights you typically have to click a button multiple times to cycle through light modes, not so with this lantern. Secondary function - White LED panel [5/5]. Use - for area lighting. Two modes, bright and low. Very useful. Secondary function - Red LED panel [2/5]. Use - emergency beacon. Flashes on/off. Signaling emergency such as a stranded situation/warning. The red LED panel would be far more useful if there were a steady on mode as well as the flashing mode. A low output red LED light source is useful for reading/viewing during nighttime when you don't want a bright white LED. Of course since it only flashes, the use is very limited. Secondary function - Charging port [3.5/5]. It's got a 3800 mAh of battery power that operates all the light modes, and in addition, can be a source of re-charge for your electronic device via the single standard USB port. The good - it's a standard USB so it's easy to charge your device no matter the type. The not so good - you've got to have a USB to USB cord (included) to charge the lantern itself. USB/USB is not nearly as common as a USB/micro or USB/c type cord (which I have laying around by the dozen.). You'd be out of luck recharging the lantern if you lost or forgot to bring along the USB/USB cable. Ergonomics/General [4/5] - It's large full-sized lantern but far lighter than you'd expect especially if your used to the old 6V style lanterns. Handle is nice plenty of room to grip with a gloved hand, there are little feet on the bottom of the unit, and it's water resistant, I've left it out in the rain. Buttons are all large, operation is common sense. The main beam is fixed and cannot be adjusted for wide/focus. Four bright blue LEDs on rear indicate charge capacity remaining. There are four blue LEDs that indicate charge remaining. I've subtracted a star as this meter isn't very accurate. What usually happens is that it stays at 3 or 4 LEDs for 90% of the remaining life and then suddenly goes dead. Similarly when recharging it, it will jump 1, 2, 3 LEDs, then recharge the 4th LED for most of the charge cycle. Aside from the quirks and oddities, and the suggested improvements/changes, I'd buy this item again. Rechargeable is the way to go and it hits the mark with it's spotlight main function being super bright and the addition of a side white LED area light panel, a very useful secondary. I'd even pay a bit more for the same item if it packed a larger battery capacity, but improve the power remaining meter, please.

Bought this for use when out on our boat - a good light is needed to double check moorings after dark, also when returning from various local entertainment centres and a really good light source is useful if you are still under way after dusk! This light is exceptional! Our first trial was from our front door - immediately opposite is a 220 yard cul-de-sac, the house at the end has an adjacent garage, which it illuminated perfectly - and that was before it was fully charged. Charging is easy a row of small but bright blue lights indicate how much charge remains- when all light up, charging is complete. It can be used as an emergency phone charger and can be charged with a suitable fast-charge plug to the nains or via your PC or laptop. The front light has a nice wide beam and the light is clear white, not blue white so things show up clearly, the red pulsing sidelight is clearly visible at 100 yards and the other sidelight provides a comfortable amount of emergency light in the cabin. For the money this is excellent value - lightweight but well made and easy to use and would be ideal for campers, caravaners and campervaners as well as any homeowner with a garden and even after-dark dog walkers!
