It comes with the glue, the glue sets and will stay permanently to the shape of your teeth.

It depends on how big your teeth and your mouth are, and how much patience you have in order to install them for the first time (you need to wait 5 minutes or so for EACH fang, asking for parental help might be necessary). Also NEVER eat/drink or bite anything or anyone with these fangs, they actually are quite sharp and you might end up swallowing them.

Will these fit on small teeth?

They will fit small teeth of an older child, but not one with baby teeth.
