This is a great cost effective scale. I do knot know if it is 100% accurate when compared to a DEXA scan, but I don't need it to be. All the average person needs is to be able to follow your trends to be sure that what you are doing is going in the right direction! This scale provides weight, fat, muscle, visceral fat metabolic rate, girth measurements, metabolic age readings and more! The app is clear and simple. This is the best purchase that I have made this year!

I love this scale! Someone told me about this before I bought it. It’s really cool that you can download an app and see more information about your body when you step on the scale. You can see your BMI, Muscle, Fat, etc. The app will also tell you if your percentage is low or average or high. I like it a lot so I used it for one of my school projects. Great quality! Of course, you can’t use this to replace a medical check up, but it’s way better than just have a scale and telling you how much you weight and that’s it. The scale looks like a glass on the top, those four silver plates are for your feet. You need to put your feet on all of them in order to get a result in the app. You can save your results and it will help analyze and compare before and after. The numbers on the scale are clear! Also, remember to read the instructions so you know what to be aware of. When I did my project, I had to be really careful about someone who is diabetic because the scale might damage the device if they do have a device that can’t handle the scale. So just a heads up.

I just received my new scale. Per my doctors recommendation throughout my weight loss journey. It was suggested to purchase this particular scale because of the ease of use and ability to track weights, BMI, fat water, content, muscle bone, content, etc. the scale came packaged beautifully to protect the glass scale. The package also included QR codes to scan for Mattel, as well as linking to the scale app. Extremely easy to set up and register and couple the scale to the app. Aunt, after weighing myself, I had a full reading of my current statistics. this is my third scale one I had absolute difficulty not only understanding what the readings were. It was hard to read and did not seem very accurate. The second one would not link up properly to my phone and I have the latest Apple phone so it clearly was a scale. This one is excellent with large numbers easy to read you can choose metric system if you like as well. Interestingly, there is also an additional athletic mode which they explained to you would be based on high-performance athletes to give a different calibration to the scale. I think this is a huge bonus for a beginner like myself or someone who is , a sports enthusiast or even an athlete because of the multiple features, the scale offers. For an excellent price point I might add.

My previous scale of this brand died somehow and I decided to buy this sleek black one to keep my data. I believe the scale is accurate, the app’s stats tracking is helpful and I have enjoyed watching my weight loss goals. For something in the $20-30 range and what I believe to be fairly accurate and consistent, I say it’s value for the money.

I bought this scale about four or five years ago and it still works fine. For a few years it stopped connecting to the app, but there must have been an update or something because it connects to the app fine now, four years after I bought it. I don't know if the BMI and other things are accurate, but it is within one pound difference of my other scale. I like it because I can read the large numbers well without bending down and seeing more info on the Fitindex app is really great.

I am (very) pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the scale and the app, especially at this price! I would say this is a bargain and would definitely recommend it. The scale is simple, but, of good quality. Seems well made and it looks good. When standing on it, it is solid and feels good. The digital readout is clear and easy to read, even from my towering height of 5' 7" and aging eyes. The app is remarkable. It provides 13 different measurements each time I weigh in - key things like weight, BMI, body fat% and obscure things like skeletal muscle and bone mass. It is interesting to dig in to the measurements, and learn more about your body. Each measurement is color coded, so you know at a glance how you rank. It also allows you to set goals, and it keeps a running tally against your first weigh in. I think this is good encouragement, if you're moving in the right direction. You can view trends of each measurement over time, to really gain some additional insights. I would not hesitate to purchase! Good luck reaching your goals!
