What screwdriver do you need to assemble this?

I does not require a screwdriver. An alum key is provided.

How do you put together.

It’s very easy, just a few little screws through the metal bars. The drawers come flat and just fold out.

What height is the lowest the feet can be as I don't really need 'feet'?

You can’t adjust the feet height. You could leave them off which would give you a couple of centimetres less height.

Would this be ok to store t shirts in inside my wardrobe

Yh definitely! I use it to store my kids clothes, very handy!
