I have been using this product at my home and office for the past 3 years and it's one of the best products out there. It is absolutely pure and the best part is, it is organically processed, you can test that by adding it to boiling milk and if the milk doesn't curdle, it means it is pure without chemicals.Read some reviews here, Ishaan Jaggery Powder seems adulterated and one said something about the Jaggery Powder having different colors.First thing this Jaggery is Sugarcane Jaggery and it will have a sucrose content, also Jaggery changes color naturally from Golden Yellow to Brownish when kept for a certain period of time. Also to folks those complaining about the price being high, please note the best quality Jaggery blocks cost around ₹140-160 per kg and when you want a good and pure quality product you need to pay the right price.

Writing this review after consuming 2 jars from the first order. The quality and taste of the jaggery is excellent and enhances the taste of your tea, coffee, milkshake etc. My toddler also eats this in moderation in his milk and porridge, and really enjoys the taste. Can be mixed with a little ghee as a healthy after-meal dessert treat. Has a lovely caramel-like after taste. Have already ordered my second set of jars.

Good and chemical free product.

The taste of Ishaan's Jaggery power is like "Original Dark Brown jaggery", you generally find in UttarPradesh state of India. You will understand from its color itself. It's best, when I compared this product from my previous purchases of other brands like Organic India, 24Mantra, Organic Tattva etc.. If you have used other brands, you will generally see that other brands have little yellowish texture. This one is best, just go for it and it will become your permanent choice.
