I always worry about my work key . I brought the retractable key ring, I know exactly where my keys are. The sturdy metal cableis a God sent. I had a cheaper version and cable was nylon and broke. The key ring is very durable. I've told all my coworkers that I highly recommend this product.

I use these for my work key chain. Very convenient to just pull the keys from my belt loop. The retractable cord is some king of metal wire so I think it’ll last me awhile.

I was at a festival last weekend and felt someone bump my hip while dancing. I reached down and someone had tried to take my phone out of my pouch, but once they realized my phone was tethered, they must have abandoned their attempt. Phone was hanging by the cable with my pouch open. Just paid for itself.

‘Heavy Duty’ was the primary selling point for me when I bought these. The retractable lanyard clips I’ve been buying previously tend to fall apart after awhile, which really sucks when you don’t notice right away and end up losing keys. So far these have worked great. The odd design is a little clunky to get used to, but once you get the knack of it, they’re plenty sturdy and have strong inner springs that hold a fair amount of keys (8 or 9 full-size brass plus a few little padlock keys and such, in my experience) without retraction fatigue. The price isn’t bad and if they continue to perform as well as they have for the past few months I’ll probably get some more, as I use them for multiple accounts.

I use it for my work badge because every other key chain/badge holder has broken. I don't yet know about the durability of this product because I have not had it that long
