Foldable Under Desk Exercise Bike Portable Arm and Leg Pedal Exerciser

Folds compact, all I had to do was clip plastic tab holding unit together. Pull the two large bars open and I head a click as front bar snapped into place. One screw that was tightness know, I inserted and slowly screwed it in. It folds up really compact with the two large bars pulled together. Not like some that folds sort of long ways . Well made. I started with just slow cycles for 5 minutes and it works fine. No squeaking. I set it on rug and had on slip resistance shoes and no problems with feet sliding off. I plan to do a little each day and work up to longer. I did feel a little warmth on the bar going into middle after I finished. This was not a problem. I look forward to getting results as not walking outside as weather has gotten really cold. Came in perfect condition no dents or anything. So pull apart and insert 1 screwed in knob and you are ready to go!

This is perfect for exercising at work. If you're looking for something with bells and whistles look elsewhere, the display on this isn't very accurate and it doesn't have a great resistance feature. But if you're looking for something lightweight, easy to store, and that will get the job done this is the product for you. It's great for mindless peddling while at work

I absolutely love love love this exerciser. I have COPD and bought a treadmill that was slightly elevated from Amazon of course and couldn’t go more than 2 1/2 minutes on it because of the incline. I have been looking for something else that maybe would work for me since I don’t work very much because my legs hurt for lack of exercise and breathing issues. I found this on Amazon. I purchased this to go under my desk so I can get exercise whilst sitting down. You can't use this for that. Your knees go so high that it does not allow you to exercise underneath a desk or standard height table. Additionally, the stand has rigid plastic caps on the feet instead of rubber, so it slides on carpet when you're sitting in a chair using it, so you have to constantly slide it back towards you. Also, the pedals hurt your feet if you're using it for a decent period of time, making you want to wear shoes while using it, but shoes are too big to fit into the pedal straps. All of these problems can be resolved with some at home modifications.However, there are 2 issues that can't be resolved with at home modification. 1. if you are going at a good speed for more than 30 minutes, the metal in the pedals gets hot enough to burn you and starts to melt the plastic on the inside. 2. If you are a woman, sitting in a normal biking position, the pedals like so high that you literally knee yourself in the boobs. Even if you sit upright, you're taking a knee to the boob. You have to sit back in a slightly reclined position to save your tatas.The pedal exerciser is great for guys who plan on using it less than 30 minutes at a time.

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I work a desk job and had gained a lot of weight. This is enough to help me focus, get much needed cardio, and strengthen my muscles. It is easy to use and I love the small screen for tracking time, ect. I can already feel the good effects of using it. I recommend for anyone that works a desk job or that needs low impact cardio.

Don't try to use thing wearing boots, even if you got smaller feet. Loafers or trainers are about the best you can wear and still use the peddles. Since it likes to move when you peddle, I recommend a strong yoga band or bit of rope to anchor it to your chair. Other than those complaints, it's been in service for a few weeks now and I have no complaints.

Counter cannot display calories burnt. It shows only rotations and time which cannot be reset

The pedal shaft connection broke in 15 days. It's not good. Now my money is wasted on the product. Really feel bad about this product.
