The SBO Probiotics Ultimate have worked extremely well for me. I used to use Culterelle but the Ultimate works better for me and is easier on my stomach.

The ingredients are uniquely different than your standard probiotics of which I have had and helped me at first, but I really needed SBO's and Dr. Axe and Dr. Rubin have taught so much about their benefits. I also love their digestive enzymes which I have combined taking and I am seeing great results. Everyone needs some kind of probiotics in edible, drinkable or supplemental form, or a combination of these. This item is certainly one of the best sources of useable plant-based organisms I have found. It helps with the immune system and digestive system plus our other bodily systems based on my results of how I feel ... and that is great!

this is single handedly the best probiotic ive had in awhile. i actually feel mental clarity and less gut distress from taking this. ive bought it twice now and probably will buy it more unless theres an even better SBO on the market

Helps keep my stomach normal! These have really helped my digestion and have help to calm my stomach down. Doesn't taste bad and these are a great value for the money and the amount of capsules you get.
