Waited a while before reviewing these boots as I prefer to leave feedback with kit like this until I've lived with it for a while. I bought my first pair of these boots over a year ago now and I cannot fault them. I've had numerous different brands of boots over the years, going right back to my days in the military (a long time ago now), and I can honestly say that these are the best boots I've ever worn. They are comfortable straight out of the box, take no breaking in, perform superbly under all conditions, are completely waterproof, comfortable and warm. They are also feel surprising light on your feet, which for a high leg boot is surprising. The sole is grippy in most conditions and over most terrain. The build quality is spot on too. I've been wearing these boots daily now for over a year, walking up mountains, through woodlands, bogs and fields, and they are still watertight and comfortable to wear. As an added bonus, they look good too. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone looking to buy a quality high leg boot at what I consider is a very reasonable price. So much so, that I recently bought a second new pair of the same boots while they're available, for when this first pair does eventually wear out. I'd advise giving these, like any leather boots, a good coat of a quality dubbin when you first get them. Pays dividends in the long term.

Bought these boots for my partner over a year ago. He wears them most weekends for long walks various terrain. He says these are by far the best boots he has had. We walk for between 4-6 hours a day over the weekend exploring nature and his feet are always comfy and dry 10/10

Been looking for a leather waterproof high leg boot for some time. These were a good fit-size 13 and really are a 13. Very comfortable, tested in really wet, muddy and tough conditions over the last two weeks and I can say I have never had such a good boot. Fully waterproof, excellent grip on al terrain, good support and I can walk normally as in soft trainers. They have a flexible patch rear of the ankle which is really comfortable on my Achilles’ tendon(I do occasionally suffer tendinitis). A fantastic boot, really, really pleased with these. I would definitely buy another pair😊

Very comfortable although a "standard" width fitting. I returned and re-ordered one size larger, perfect. From return to reorder, redelivery and refund to credit card, just under a week. Well done Grisport and Amazon.

Been a user of grisport boots for many years. Bought the game keeper boots to add with my trusty grisport rangers. I prefer high boots since I'm usually in forest or hiking boggy ground on the Antrim hills. The gamekeeper is a great boot for the money but not just as good as ranger boots. It's comfy, tough, good quality. The bellows on the gamekeeper are two piece stitched and the ranger is one peice, and the lower calf lining doesn't have the quality of the ranger boot. In the long run all boots need a bit of help with the waterproofing and hot beeswax works wonders, it's kept my rangers in great Nik after two years every day use. I like the gamekeeper but I love my ranger boots.

Really nice boots, feel snug but I hope they will flex with wear.

Comfy boots and very lightweight but after less than a months use both boots leak water badly. Grisport won’t accept liability for faulty item and don’t want anything to do with the problem as I purchased through Amazon. And Amazon won’t help as I’ve just gone over the 30 days (34) return policy.now I’m left with leaking boots. Might aswel wear flip flops. Do not waste your money!
