Decent gluten-free replacement for the big brand
Although not as sweet, it's a pretty decent replacement for the big brand rice crispy cereal. These also make really good rice crispy treats.

"Same Delicious Taste?" Says who?
What a disappointment that Nature's Path has not only upped the sodium in the Crispy Rice cereal, they have REDUCED the amount of healthy fiber per serving from 3 grams to only 1 gram per serving! The assurance on the new package "New Look--Same Delicious Taste" is not true. The first spoonful of the new version had me running to the recycle bin to find the old box from last week, to compare. (I eat this cereal almost every day so I'd notice immediately if something was off. It was.) What used to be a subtly sweet flavor is now salty, and frankly, it tastes like any store brand knock off, not the quality cereal it used to be. It also soaks up milk like a sponge now. This is not the same cereal as it was before the package change. There's also a slight aftertaste, and that, plus the extra sodium, kills the mellow nutty sweetness that characterized the old recipe. If Nature's Path needed to raise the price to keep the original version, I would've gladly paid it Unfortunately, I'll have to find a replacement because the "same delicious taste" assurance isn't fooling me.

Best cereal alternative EVER!
I gotta say, i was always a fan of rice krispies, not to knock them, i just had to find alternatives of foods due to severe food allergies, but this crispy cereal is unbelievable! I mean its almost meaty, dense. You can really taste the rice. I LOVE rice Krispy treats. So i have to make a vegan alternative, so i cant wait to make them. Thanks again for your timely delivery!
