It’s not all bad
I have to give kudos to Bruno and Priscilla. They did an outstanding job with my loveseat handled with care. I was skeptical because of the reviews that I read it’s not all bad in certain circumstances I will definitely use them again.

As expected
So far we really like this furniture. I like the firmness of the cushions for my lower back. The color is a bit more on the brownish side of gray, but ended up being a good thing. Looks great in our room. It's came in in pieces we had to put together, but it went to together easy and made it easier to get inside our home. The only thing I don't like is the reclining buttons are to low on the sides of the couch. I'm short and it's hard for me to reach. I wish the buttons were on top of the console. Hopefully everything holds up well to use in the coming months/years but so far so good.

Not worth so much money!
Sofa looks and works ok..but it’s very hard.seats hurt your butt after a while.I waited to see if they just needed to be sat in,but after months it’s still stiff n hard..would not buy again.

Shipping and returning can be a nightmare
Transport was the worst part of this order. First love seat was broken and order wasn't replaced but just cancelled. Amazon service was not a fun experience to sit n wait on the phone. The return process and re purchasing was not a good experience. Love seat seems to be ok, but don't get ur hopes up for Ashley's warranty or service bc they will not service furniture that is not bought from ashley furniture, meaning online or in store.

Color and delivery
I like the feel of the recliner loveseat. That's it. The box it came in was ripped up. There was a small tear in the fabric and broken wood on the bottom. The color does not look grey, it looked brown. Not a good experience.

Good couch
Fantastic couch. Easy assembly. Comfortable The power cord is taped to the bottom of the right seat, in case you're looking for it.

Quality reasonable ! Hoping it’s worth all that cash
I am hoping this “ faux leather holds up it does not feel safe regrettablely. I do not want to go to all the bother of exchanging this!,,!! That would not work at all.
