Does freezing affect its flavour or texture? Can it still be used for sandwiches after it was frozen?

I use this cheese for making pizza. I split and freeze the block. It is a very mild cheese but perfect for my purposes. I have not detected a deterioration after freezing.

When is the expiry date of this cheese?

Mine arrived with really good expiry date. Otherwise I cut it on couple of pieces, put it in a freezer bags and freze it. X
