We love this!!
We recently purchased this to train new bases and it’s awesome for keeping flyers safe while bases can still learn. In addition, girls are able to independently work on the routine and their technique throughout it. It’s very easy to use for girls of all ages and it’s a confidence boost for everyone who trains with it! We are so happy with our purchase of this tool!

MY NIECE USED THE YELLOW BANDS AND IT WAS PRETTY EASY FOR HER. SO WE SWITCHED TO THE RED BANDS, SHE LIFTED THE BAR ONE TIME AND IT SNAPPED. NO WAY TO REPAIR. VERY CHEAPLY MADE. DO NOT BUY

My daughter LOVES THIS THING
My daughter wanted to practice base work on her own. She was using a medicine ball but it was wrong in so many ways. Not the right shape. She couldn't complete the movement in a way that was similar enough to feel helpful. This thing was the HIT of Christmas. It looks so strange and awkward but it moves really well. Thoughtfully designed. She had so many good things to say about it. The bands cause the show to wiggle/move in the same way a human flyer does. The stirrups for beneath the feet make it so she can move her feet and lunge in the same way she does when she has a flyer on her hands. I saw this purchase as a risk, and a potentially expensive one. But so far, so good. the comments about it online were good so I took the chance. I'm glad I did. Happy stunting, all!

Love this for supplementing athletes at home and in the gym
I love the stunt double for supplementing athletes workouts at home and in the gym!!! Being able to help progress bases is such a crucial part of our sport, and hasn’t really been doable until now. Flyers have stunt stands, and now finally bases have the stunt double!!! This system is awesome, being able to work one on one with an athlete on their basing technique has always been a challenge from a technical standpoint. I would say this is something everyone should have in their gyms, and honestly at home. Progressing your bases skills while keeping flyers safe who could ask for more?
