Are those pens ideal for drawing apps like SteckBook Pro?

Are these stylus for the keyboard also? I like to swype.

It should work either way. At least I thought the fiber mesh tips were able to be used to push buttons on a computer keyboard (I like to use the eraser side of pencils to press the keypad numbers). Haven't personally used a fiber mesh yet but was hoping that would work so I don't have to keep switching between my stylus and pencil.

Can I  use for Samsung note 8

I don’t know for sure because I don’t have a Samsung.  But, I do believe they are supposed to work on any touch-screen device.  I do know they work great on an iPad, iPod, or iPhone.  They even work on my Kindle paperwhite.
