i wasn't even aware that these new "hybrid" tip stylus pens existed. i figured i'd try them out and pretty much based my first purchase on whichever product what most highly reviewed and best-rated. and i have to admit im usually lazy about leaving reviews, but since i get so many great products this way i figured its time to start doing my part!! these little stylus pens are lovely, they're long, thin, super-light, and the colors are very pretty. mostly though just the length and how they feel in my hand is what struck me. after using one to tap around on my iPad for a few seconds, i was ruined for those short dollar-store, stumpy little stylus pens forever. this felt like an elegant writing utencil, it's smooth and flowy on the touch screen. all good. plus they came in a neat little package, individually wrapped, with an extra little dust-free screen wipey cloth thing, all in little tiny ziplock bags (i have nit-picky, obsessive tendencies which TOTALLY make me appreciate things like that). there were also stretchy lanyards that you could use to attach to the pens and use as a dust plug to attach to your device, but i didnt really have any use for those. good to have just in case, though. overall i was very happy with this purchase, and now i feel better about sharing, too! **Update - i'm still hooked on these and still using them; especially finding the longer length coming in handy to navigate the iPad touch-screen keyboard. only thing i'm finding irky (but it's not detrimental enough to de-star the product)....or i may just be a hard tapper/over tapper, but i feel like this tip could use a bit more "oomph" at the tip. only way to describe what i feel when i tap the screen is when i lived in new york city, i lost a quite a bit of weight from stress. after a while, i started to dread taking the subway because the area between the train seat and my seat was just not substantial enough and it made me think of chicken bones!! same kind of thing here. needs more of a cushion!

I literally haven't used my fingers on my new Asus tablet since getting these. When I opened them, I initially thought it was weird that they were so long, but it turns out it was pure genius! They are the absolute perfect length for any activity I perform on my tablet. Having owned several different traditional rubber tipped style styluses, which always split in half on me fairly quickly, I have to say that the difference in this tip is immediate and lasting. They are well constructed, comfortable, and you can tell great thought went into details. Beyond the already mentioned tip and length, they include a tether for use with the headphone jack, and it has a traditional pen clip as well, which is what I use with my tablet's cover. I just couldn't be more pleased with the innovation, quality, and price of these styluses.

I use my iPad as a digital clipboard for work, taking notes all day at meetings and business trips. I have tried lots of styli and keyboards and other input methods (Dragon Dictation, recording audio, etc). I am now in my 4th year of using the iPad as my primary device for note writing. For me, the Friendly Swede stylus with the microfiber tip is simply the best tool for supporting my productivity. It always feels smooth for easy writing or diagramming; whereas the rubber-tipped styluses sometimes develop a bit of drag on the screen after a lot of use. The price is very reasonable and they come in a 3-pack - I don't feel like it's a big deal when I loose one or I often give my extras away to folks who seem really interested. I prefer the long stylus; for some reason I find my handwriting looks better when I use the longer pen. My only suggestion would be for a stylus with a little bit more weight - I think my handwriting would benefit even more. Nevertheless, for precision, ease of use, looks, and functionality, this model of Friendly Swede is my favorite!

These work great on Apple and Kindle devices - eliminating the strange words I used to type with my big fingers. They are a nice size too - easy to grip because they are longer than most. The tip seems to be wearing well, although I have only had it a few weeks and don't use them extensively. I also like the bright metallic colors which were just as pictured. On the downside, the tether came apart quickly (ring separating from cord) and is now useless. It depends on how important that feature is to you. It can probably be tied back on with an ugly knot, but I didn't bother, as I tend to use the stylus in only one area of the house and just keep it there. Shipping was fairly quick too.

I really love this stylus! The added length allows me to have my Kindle father away from me as I read our play games. I am far sighted and wear progressive lenses so I don't like to have my reading material too close. As with the other styluses (sp) in the Friendly Swede line, the look and feel are nice and the durability and smooth operation of the microfiber tips are the best on the market. The tips last three times as long as regular tips and when they do wear out you can replace them by screwing in a replacement tip! No more having to throw away a perfectly good stylus and having the expense of buying a new one just because the top wrote out. The price for the stylus and replacement tips are reasonable, lower than most high quality styluses. I gladly give this five stars!

First off - these are GREAT pen tips ... they allow smooth writing and drawing on the iPad surface! I use mine with GoodNotes App to take notes in meetings - I can take notes without the tap-tap-tap of most "Smart Stylus" solutions. Plus, the fabric tips do NOT dry out and get sticky like the rubber tips do. Next, the pen is FULL size - actually at over 7" long, it's longer than a standard pen or pencil - at first this was a concern, but in using it I see the wisdom - it certainly works as a pen - but also as a pointer when working with other people or casually navigating around a document or even buttons in Apps. I carry this longer pen in a standard iPad portfolio case - the diameter will fit into most any pen holder loop. The pocket clip is rugged enough to clip onto any other part of a typical iPad case. Finally, this is a real VALUE - getting three pens for less than $12 - that's three pens for what I was paying for one pen.

I have tried many types/sizes of stylus’s and The Friendly Swede products are far superior. I own all their sizes but use the longer ones so my fingers don’t cramp. I especially like the replaceable heads and leashes. I even bought some to work to use on the iPads for patients to use. Both patients and coworkers like them that we will be using The Friendly Swede from now on.😀

Absolutely the best investment! The quality, long lasting durability and long length of this product is exceptional. They seemed pricey after buying the shorter dollar store versions (that fail after a month). The tips of these use a reinforced metal mesh of some sort which keeps them stronger than cheaper rubber tips. The long length is very helpful - though I didn't know that when I ordered them. I use them to type accurately on mobile devices and tablets. I have arthritis and can't type with my thumbs. I manage several social media accounts so these tools are incredibly helpful.
