Harper & Bright Designs Sofa Sectional 3-Seat with Reversible Chaise Lounge and Storage Ottoman Sofas Couch for Living Room (Gray)

Was very skeptical to order a couch on Amazon. They use a separate delivery company which worked out fine although the delivery was a few hours late from the original time frame that was set up but the delivery day was a few weeks sooner than expected so cant really complain :) The couch was fairly easy to assemble although the holes for the cushion with the cup holder don't match up to the holes that attach it to the couch. The material is soft to the touch and the color is nice. It is pretty comfortable as well. Overall, a good couch for the price.

It would have been easy to assemble if all the holes were drilled for us. We had to drill a few. It would be more comfortable if we were given the correct pieces to make the chase be on the right side of the couch like in the photos here. We had to put one on backwards to make it work and it looks strange. The cushions are ok but underneath one something (the wood frame) is different making you sit at a tilt. Right side is higher. If these issues were corrected it would be a decent couch. So for now it's something to sit on but not very comfortable for more than 2 people or anyone who wants to sit on the chase side.

The couch is OK. Fabric is ok quality, seats are firm, but not UN comfortable. Wish it was a little bigger in length and the size of the seat is a little short for taller people. I don't think i would be able to get completely comfortable watching a 2 hour movie on this couch though. Don't think i will buy furniture from Amazon again, wishing i had spent my $700 on something else a little bigger and nicer.

Love this couch. Very comfortable and looks nice. Also, stands up well to cat claws. However, it came a couple missing parts (a couple nuts and bolts). Additionally, the holes on the ottoman did not line up with one of the hinges, so the hinge could not be secured properly. Overall pleased with purchase.

It is not a bad sectional, however assembly was not that great. The instruction are horrible, and one of the pre-made whole was covered up by the fabric. So I had to make my own whole which wasn't to hard just annoying. Otherwise not a bad product for the price.

I was a little hesitant purchasing because we never bought furniture off amazon but I was very surprised when it arrived. It. And two weeks before the est. delivery date, though I had to contact the delivery company to schedule the delivery date. Assembly was pretty easy, you do not need two people. There was one pre-drilled hole that didn’t go all the way through but that was an easy fix. I love the cup holder fold out & the couch itself is super soft & comfortable. I just wish the seat cushions were a little longer in depth

It’s definitely a great buy, came almost two weeks before it was scheduled to arrive! The only thing that was upsetting was that my boyfriend had to make his own holes for the cupholder part because the measurements where off, but besides that it’s great!

This was not as expected. I should have took the measurements and made sure it was correct. A five person couch it is not. Maybe five children. I’m 5’1” so it’s fine for me and the perfect kid size but my husband is much taller. It doesn’t fit him at all. Even the length of the couch isn’t very large. It looks like a kid size sectional. One of the arms has already broken on it and we’ve had it two weeks.For almost $800 it was not worth the money for the comfort level and size. Also, do not plop down on the ottoman thinking it’s soft. It is not. It will hurt.
