Nice for the price. I hate how they don't put photos of each pattern so I posted some. I usually find 2 or 3 patterns from each book I like (some of them are not very pretty at all!) And anything I don't use may speak to the next person I make a dollhouse for or I might use for other crafts. There are 5 sheets of each. They are 11 inches WIDE and 8.25 inches TALL (Ceiling to floor) Some of the books I have used have been printed slightly crooked. So pay attention to that and trim before you glue. I used krylon workable fixative to pretreat and Grandmother Stover's stickflat paste to apply with good results. The fixative causes some of the patterns to darken a hair. The last 3 sheets of dollhouse wallpaper I ordered were $21 plus tax, plus shipping (ouch). While those sheets are somewhat larger, it still usually takes 3 sheets per room anyway. So getting 6 rooms worth of paper plus extra for screw-ups/repairs is an excellent deal.

Good condition, but doesn't fit standard 1:12 dollhouses. Most 1:12 houses need paper sheets as least 9 inches by 15, but these are much smaller. Good quality though.

While the wallpaper patterns are nice and very Victorian, the size of the sheets are terrible. In order to match patterns in a 1:12 scale house, there is not enough of any one pattern to cover an entire room.

I couldn't get it out of the book without a craft knife, and it was a little heavier than I expected, but it worked out OK.
