These are great, just order larger than you think you need. Slip a hand warmer pack in and you can sit for hours.

Tried these for the first time this year. I'm type 2 diabetic so have some trouble keeping my feet warm, these totally made a huge difference. I wore my hikers this day, *NOT* my big pack boots!Sitting in a ground blind, noticed my feet getting cold. Put these on around 0800 (wanted to give an honest opinion and see how they worked). Well, I couldn't be happier. My feet were warm by 0830 and toasty by 0900 - without using chemical warmers. With the little hand warmer thrown in top they were perfect for sitting long periods.These insulators were the correct size (I wear size 12 hiker and the XL size 12 fit perfectly) and they were durable enough to make it through the first full day - which I didn't think they could, because they are so light. They fold up, and pack in & out with no troubles.I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend without hesitation.

I bought the xl 12-13. At home I tried them on a pair of Rocky1200 gram boots size 13 definitely do not fit this boot. I tried on a 800 gram Rocky boots size 13 and it went on. Sat about 4 hours 30 degrees 17 mph wind and they did help keep my feet a little warmer. These are not easy to get on. They come off easier then they go on. I will keep these for my uninsulated boots up to my 800 gram boots. Next time if I want something for the 1200 gram boots I would buy the next size up 2xl. I would buy again but would defenitly buy the next sizes bigger. That would help get them on a lot easier no matter what boot I put them over. The zip in the back and cinch up in the front. Each one has a clip and they do fold down to get in a backpack

I am only giving this a 3 star right now based on the product size. I bought a XL based on (12-13size) for my size 13 winter boots but they were too small, I couldn't get the boot in far enough to zip. Good thing I also ordered the XXL (14-15) those should fit better. Later review when I can try those when they arrive.

Absolutely recommend these. Easy to stuff into a backpack and easy to get on. Really does hold heat in. Tried with one on and one off- big difference. For the price I expected the stitching or fabric to begin to fail, but no signs of issues at all. Expected them to be noisier too. Actually quieted down the noise my foot made on the stand. Should have bought years ago.

Cold feet have plagued me for decades. Different boots, heavy socks, light socks, double socks, feet warmers...you name it I tried it. I've been eyeing some sort of overboots but most looked too bulky. Then I found these. There's no doubt they make frigid sits more comfortable.Pros:- put them on as soon as you get to your stand, they trap heat, they don't make heat- the handwarmer trick definitely doubles the level of warmth- they kept my leather boots much warmer than my rubber boots- I wear a size 12W so I ordered 2xl size and it fit both sets of boots I wear for hunting, may not fit over pac boots but haven't tried- they claim to be packable and you can definitely flatten them if you want, but I just clip them to my backpack with my coat, they have separate clips- I've used them in a box blind and on some lock-on stands, they aren't impossible to put on 20ft up a tree, but it does take some practice, I just take my time, from a sitting position if you can put your foot on your opposite knee you'll be able to get these on- the bottoms have cushioning which actually makes these really nice on the metal grate of treestands- haven't tried them with a climber, might be too difficult unless you do Yoga in your spare timeI'm not saying these are for everyone, but they've made my sits more enjoyable.

Would have loved to try these for added protection from the cold but XX Large is still too small for my size 12 Kamik Monster Snow boots. On these they don't fit and cannot zip up zipper. The description says XX Large fits 14-15 but this is far from correct. I recommend Arctic Shield consider making XXX or XXXX available for these already well insulated boots.

Have used Arctic shield boot insulators for over 10 years ( old velcro style ) and they were great, but the seam broke. These new ( zipper style ) ones are too tight around the laces area to allow the boot to be fully inserted and the Ipper closed. Same brand (Arctic Shield), same size (Large), same boots ( Cabelas whitetail tracker 2 size 10 ). For reference, the old velcro style ones would also fit around a size 10 Sorel boot.These do however fit around a sneeker, so I'll keep them in the trunk for emergency over boots. But I will be looking for a different brand to replace the old ones now.

I'm an avid hunter, have always had issues with feet freezing. I've tried everything, but the rubber boots I have to wear in my terrain, always get cold after sitting for hours at a time, thereby transferring the cold to my feet and the rest of my body. Picked these up to put on over them when I get to my stand, what a game changer, coldest sit of the year yet, -10c and feet were nice and warm, if you need to, you can add more heat by putting a cpl hand warmer packs in between the boots and the covers. Highly recommend, sure gonna give me more time on the cold days, also very easy to pack in with the clips
