Top notch quality and an overall very impressive package
This is really an impressive package from top to bottom. I've been buying AC Infinity products for many years now and have always been completely satisfied with everything, this is no exception. The difference is this is the largest, most important, and most expensive thing I've ever bought from them. I bought the 12" Pro fan to use as a return booster fan for my home's ducted heat pump. I wanted it particularly to boost the return air upstairs in my house to assist with cooling and dehumidification because it gets so much warmer on the second floor. I programmed it to always be running at minimum speed, trigger at 70F and then increase in speed by 1 notch for every 1 degree F rise in temperature beyond 70F, up to a maximum of speed 8. It will also revert to minimum speed at night, regardless of temperature. Setting all of this up was very easy in the app. I didn't even attempt it with the controller because I could tell it would be much more difficult. My recommendation is...just use the app. It was incredibly easy to set up and only took a minute. The quality of the fan is superb. I actually bought spring vibration isolators to mount it on since I installed it in my second floor in a crawl space (just sitting on the floor). I wanted to make sure vibration would not be a problem. However, it turns out I didn't even need the springs, the fan runs so smooth that there is no vibration or noise transmission through the house at all, even on the higher speed settings. The air noise gets loud on the higher speeds (7+), but the fan still runs so smooth that it is virtually silent downstairs. This is very impressive for a fan like this. About the package contents...you get a LOT. Way more than you will actually need. They include VERY long cables (the temp/humidity probe is about 25 feet), several different mounting options including a strap for hanging it and heavy duty screws, two 12" duct straps, and a bunch of zip ties and accessories for cleaning up the cables. All in all its a very impressive package. They do make duct fans of equivalent size that are capable of moving a lot more air than this, but those are very expensive commercial/industrial units and do not include this level of controllability and customization out of the box. If you want or need something like this for your home I can confidently say this is the best option on the market. I can't yet comment on longevity, but this fan will be running continuously in my home from now until November, so we'll see how it does. Based on my experience with several other AC Infinity products I own, I expect this thing will run perfectly for many years without issue. But I will update this review accordingly.

Moves Fireplace Heat all over House
I have a wood burning stove in the front room of my house. Even at 20 below I can get that room toasty, but I need a solution to move that heat around the house. I was able to create an intake at the top of my 18' high ceiling, run some duct and then tap into the existing hvac duct in the crawl space. I am now able to take that heat and move it to the rear of the house. It's too warm. I do not hear the fan in the crawl space even at the highest speed. The packing was amazing and came with all little things to make installation an ease. This company has their act together. I have the 12" with the smart controller. Controller is amazing.

HVAC Fan Install
My furnace and AC unit are both about 25 years old and the blower isn't strong enough to reach upstairs. Itโs probably as strong as blowing from your mouth. The downstairs gets pretty cold though. I wanted to redo all the ductwork in the attic and got an 8โ fan but decided it was going to be WAY TOO much work so I went with the 12โ instead, where I have easier access in the garage. This probably took about 3 hours to install with no previous knowledge of how to do ductwork. I cut the 12โ metal duct with an oscillating tool with a metal blade and also tin snips. Iโm not sure if they changed the inlet opening diameters based on other reviews but mine is about 11.75โ, perfect to fit the previous 12โ ductwork. I cut about 18โ of the existing duct to fit the fan. I also bought a 12โ flexible duct to connect the top end of the fan to the existing duct. I originally wanted to keep as much existing metal duct as possible and bought some 12โ metal couplers but those didn't seem to work. The bottom part of the fan is resting inside the 12โ duct and the top part is connected by about 6โ of 12โ flexible duct. Then, I just used foil tape at both ends of the fan, bottom was existing 12โ metal duct to fan and top was fan to flexible duct to metal duct. I still need to add the clamps for extra security. Now my upstairs is blowing air out of the vents like you would expect a new unit to do. Iโm currently on level 8/10 and itโs pretty solid, but nothing crazy. I blame the way they did all the wyes. If I actually redid all the attic ductwork Iโm sure it would be better. Now if the fan is on level 1-2 downstairs still gets some air but anything higher and the fan is basically taking all that air and pushing it upstairs. We mostly hang out upstairs so getting air downstairs is less of an issue. Currently its 90 degrees outside, before installing the fan, downstairs would probably stay around 73 even with having the AC on for hours. It really wouldn't cool the house but just keep it at a constant temp but upstairs would be closer to 80 and would never cool down. After about running the fan with AC for 30 mins at level 8 today itโs gone from maybe 78 to 74.

Great Price for the Quality of product
Pros: I have purchase 2 of these devices for my home and uncles home. In both situations thus far they have been great. The control and power of this device is worth while and the price is great. Definitely worth the buy in my opinion. Cons: The power needs to go into a wall outlet so in my attic I had to run the 120VAC to a box in order to plug in this device. I was able to tap off a known power source, but for "do it yourselfers please be careful." At max its great for blowing, but depending on where it is in your attic, it can be loud, just a warning.

Great product
This is a great product. I was having some air flow issues in my great room. Not enough air moving through the system to keep the room cool in the summer, although the system was working properly. I had an AC company come out to check my system. They said the problem was the CFM of the blower fan not being high enough to move sufficient air. They wanted $15,000 to install a whole new system with a bigger fan. I bought and installed this unit for about $400. My great room is freezing now. Have to turn the thermostat down to keep it comfortable. Wish I had done this sooner.

I love this fan
Iโve owned my house over 28 years and have always had problems with the 2nd floor being too hot. I just installed this cloudline 12โ fan and for the first time in 28 years the 2nd floor is colder than the 1st floor. That is at speed 6 out of 10 so I would be able to make it even colder. I have to lower the fan speed to equalize 1st and 2nd floor. I love this fan and its controls. It can be controlled many different ways by way of the control pad or app.

Very quiet on the lower settings
Moves lots of air on high, very quiet under speed setting 5. Fan feeds air to a 10 inch duct on speed setting 10 it lifted the blew the registers out of the floor. Fan is set to turn on and off with the HVAC on speed setting 3. Works great easy to set up.
