RHYTHM FUN Foldable Under Desk Treadmill with Handrail, Speed Sensor, Smart Remote - For Home/Office

We bought this treadmill at the beginning of the pandemic, now 4 years ago. It is quiet, and incredibly sturdy, much higher quality than I expected for the price! I've trained and run a half marathon on it, so it works well at higher speeds as well as walking speeds. I know some people have wondered about weight limits; everyone in the family is over 5'10, 200 lbs, and we've had no problems. If you're looking for a standing desk that is as movable as the treadmill, we use a tripod desk, which fits just fine over the treadmill, and stows away to keep clutter to a minimum. My boss doesn't like me walking during meetings, but I find that at 1.2 mph, you can't tell I'm walking (looks like I'm stationary or shifting weight) and you can't hear the treadmill on mic, even at 2 mph. When I'm not on zoom, I can type and read well at 3 mph without being too bouncy. As for having to use the remote to turn it off/on, we looped our remotes over the guard rail, and they stay there so we don't lose them. If I had to make any suggestions, I guess it would be that a pause button, or a way to do intervals would be a nice improvement, but for the price, quality, and size of this treadmill, I'm more than willing to forgo a little functionality. (Update: the replacement remotes you can buy work great, but their customer support directed me to the app while we were waiting for one, which you download to your phone and works as a remote too, very convenient!) Re: portability, we've brought the treadmill with us on trips before, it fits easily in the back of a pick up truck, and is maneuverable with 2 people (or one strong person with good core strength). It may sound *extra* to bring a treadmill with you anywhere, but when it's so easy to move, and public gyms are out (as during the pandemic), why not!?! We've had no problems with it, and the whole family uses it throughout the week. It moves around easily enough that during the pandemic we could move it between the home office (I can usually get in 5 - 7 miles just from walking while I work), the living room (family takes turns watching while we watch movies or shows), or the spare bedroom (aka our "home gym" since we didn't have visitors during the pandemic). If you're tracking your steps, I really like it that it only counts steps when you're physically on the treadmill--if you pop away to answer the door or drink water, you don't have to stop it and bring it back up to speed again, it just registers that you're not on the band and pauses step count. After 4 years and thousands of miles (literally), this treadmill is still going strong. But whenever the time comes for a replacement, I will be buying the same model again. Five stars!

I've been using this treadmill for a full month now, so I'll update again to reflect how it's help up, but I figured it's been long enough to know this is the real deal. I've been working from home for three years, and the fall is our busy season, so I find myself at my desk sitting for HOURS and then too mentally drained to exercise, so it's a vicious cycle of gaining about five pounds of weight from being sedentary (and right before Christmas, when all the cookies arrive!) This year, with the added burden of the pandemic, I knew I had to find new ways to get in some more steps, so in addition to adapting to a standing desk, I wanted to find a quiet, low profile treadmill to walk on. This fits the bill perfectly-- it's really quiet, works RIGHT out of the box, and I haven't had any complaints yet. I walk at a 2.5 mile per hour pace daily for several hours, so I'm clocking in a solid 7 miles a day minimum, even more on really long days, and it really has made a difference for me. My only issue is that you have to use the remote to turn the thing on and off, which isn't my favorite thing (i.e. what if you lose it?), but since it comes with two, I feel like that's a decent work around, even though I wish there were a manual option. They also sent it with two little bottles of silicon lubricant that you can squeeze into a side hole to keep the thing working well-- since i use it a LOT, I've already used half of one just to be sure I'm taking care of it, but there wasn't really any indication of it needing care or anything, I was just trying to be preventative. I haven't really moved it from my desk, but it has really sturdy wheels on the end for moving it around, so I'm confident it would be totally fine to prop up in a corner if company (ever) comes over (again). I'll update this after a few months to report how it deals with continued use, but I'm hoping for the best!

I am a 60-something year old marathon runner with medical conditions that would make Covid worse, if I were to catch it. So I am not willing to go back to the gym yet, nor am I willing to give up my mask. That is what drove me to getting my own treadmill. I can train in all kinds of weather on my personal treadmill, and can stay perfectly safe while I do it. My home is very small, so I needed a treadmill that is small. I wanted one that I could pull out when I needed it and then put it back when I finished, and this one advertises that you can do that with this machine. But that is not my experience, hence my giving it only a 4 star rating. I am female, and in my 60’s. OK, maybe I am not as strong as a 30-something year old man. But I run a small farm and do heavy lifting chores daily. Plus I am a marathon runner. So I am not some frail Granny type. And the fact is that I find this machine too heavy to be able to fold up and move out of the way when it is not needed. The wheels don’t help make up for the weight, and the difficulty I have moving this thing. I have had to settle for having the thing open, causing a major inconvenience for me in my very small home. But it does work well. I only weigh about 140 pounds, well below what this machine is weighted for. If I were heavier, I might not be as pleased with the machine as I am. But it works well. It is set up right in front of my TV, so I can watch a show while I run/walk. Also, if I was a super fast runner I might not be as happy as I am with it. But my running pace is slow, and the machine can handle my speed very well. I have been using the machine almost every day for a month now. I am very happy with this treadmill.

Treadmill stopped working after 6mo of continuous use.

Being stuck inside for the coronavirus quarantine, I was really missing my usual workout. So, I went searching for a treadmill, and all the "big" companies wouldn't deliver, so I took my chances on this little guy. I was a little skeptical because the other reviews seemed dicey and maybe like they were a scam... but they're not! I'm BLOWN AWAY at what a good little machine it is. It's VERY well made and low profile. It doesn't feel cheap at all. It's actually quite heavy (it took two of us to move it down to the basement). The controls are simple, and the digital display is really quite nice. I gave it a test and it works well -- it's fast and for the most part, a very good value. I'm 6'2" and 220lbs and I was a little nervous that I'd obliterate it while running, but this machine can stand up to the test. It's solid and works well. Silent as a church mouse.

I do like the treadmill, it's sleek and easy to use. The remote allows you to control the pace while you're walking. However, the power cord is very short, it's about 5 feet. Which means you have to be very close to an outlet. Additionally, the treadmill is thin, but it's thicker on the front where the monitor is (~6in). So it doesn't fit under my couch in the living room. In fact, it doesn't fit under any furniture on the second floor, which is where I use the treadmill. To store it, I would have to carry it upstairs and it's about 40-50lbs. You can't prop it up and lean it against anything, since it would damage the edges. It's also very long (about 4 and a half feet). So it's not very convenient to store if you don't have furniture that is high enough. I could have probably spent a little less and got something a bit more portable/store able.

UPDATE 2023: Still going strong. Just put the oil under the belt. If the tube at the side of the treadmill is not pointed in the right place it collects near the engine. Caught it in time. Found a new controller too. UPDATE: 2021. So however long this machine lasts is how long it lasts. Will update. Original review: 2020 this treadmill is like a sleek laptop. it has adequate horsepower for slow joggers like me. no assembly required. just open and press the remote and go, go, go. i am so pleasantly surprised by its quietness. it is literally the best thing ever b/c i miss the gym during this stay at home.

I couldn't be happier with this treadmill. I use it every day at my standing desk. Admittedly, when I purchased it I wasn't sure how well typing and walking at the same time would work but I've found it quite easy. I often start my mornings with an hour walk on the treadmill at anywhere from 2.1 to 2.6 mph. When I'm done walking and ready to sit for a bit, I just pick it up and wheel it aside. It is slightly heavy but not too bad for me (I'm 5'5" and 120 lbs and I have no trouble rolling it out from under my desk by myself). It's sturdy, a great size, and has a comfortable surface to walk on. I highly recommend!
