Yes. There more than ample room for your accessories.

Q: Can I use this to carry an iMac 27inches?

Yes - it will fit. However, suggest you pad the inside with something additional to hold iMac in place because the bag is quite wide. Perhaps load the screen and then place folded towels on either side to hold it still and provide extra cushioning. I haven’t found any other bag that allows me to transport my large screens... but I really stuff the bag to be sure the screen can’t move inside.
