I have used this same journal for many years! Have many filled copies. Love the prompts. They will help me remember things about the day, good, worrisome and otherwise. They remind me to set goals for tomorrow. Then on to the full page of writing where I can record history, go on a good vent, or both. It seems that if I needed a friend but don't want to share on certain topics, it works the same. Write about it, close the book and emotions lighten and level off.

This book is awesome. I really can't say enough. I bought each of my sons one. The writing prompts are excellent but it also gives them space on the back of each page to draw a picture or just write whatever they want. Not only is it a great resource to help kids practice their creative writing skills but it also helps them work out and express their feelings. My oldest, now 18, likes to go back and reread his and remember his childhood.

The media could not be loaded. I filled out a couple of these in middle and high school. So happy I re-discovered this journal in my early adulthood!! ❤️

I bought this for myself and a friend. I felt we both needed something like a diary but without all the blank pages. I really like it for myself as the few questions on the page are positive and yet I have a whole lined page for more details when I feel like poring my heart out. My friend loved hers and wanted to instantly start using hers. I was unable to get her the purple as it was sold out and I didn't like the other color option but the book is worth it regardless of color. When mine came my 13 year old son really liked it and asked for one too and uses his too.

I love this journal! I was given one as a gift many years ago and enjoyed writing in it. Then recently after losing a very dear friend to cancer, I needed a way to sort out my thoughts. I couldn't remember what brand the journal was but after lots of Googling I finally found this! I'm on my second book this year. It has helped so much with my grief and it is overall a very "positive" journal with the prompts it provides and forces me to focus on things that brighten my days. It's also nice because I can jot down little memories with my son and I think I'll enjoy flipping through these journals in the years to come.

I love this because if you are new at journaling it helps you get started and i like the fact that it prompts you to think and answer questions because it is hard to start writing if you have never done it.

Very disappointed. The journal had the same prompt on every page. I bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I gave it to her even though it wasn't what I expected.

I am a big journal user. I try and find some type of new and exciting journal every year just to spice it up. This is a very nice and durable journal and pages, very plan jane but the prompts are nice if you are short on thoughts that day. I did however think that it was a little bit expensive for what you get, I would purchase another one in a heartbeat but not for this price.
