While I agree with EVERYONE that OLight should use STANDARD sized batteries, if you need to run your battery for extended periods and/or keep multiple batteries in reserve fully charged for prepping. This is a good battery at a fair price. I had to resist deducting a star to express my dissatisfaction of the battery size to Olight, that would however be a disservice for those looking for a fair review on the battery alone. *For all those out there who've heard the horror stories of "A guy died from an OLight" (search and learn it was his negligence that caused it) And for those who tell you they're not built to take the recoil of real firearms. As an instructor for the two largest national training organizations, I have run OLights on MANY calibers and had no issue with failure from recoil.

Genuine O-Light battery. I have had good luck with O-Light products overall, so I was glad to be able to get their batteries at Amazon.

These 21700 batteries are a bit more expensive than some others you may find, but there's a reason. If you have a flashlight that uses 21700 batteries, likely it NEEDS batteries just like this with the tip on the positive side. I believe that indicates the battery has a protection circuit built in. Other 21700 batteries may be cheaper, but lack that positive side tip and circuit. Those batteries WON'T WORK in your light. Even if they did, they could be dangerous lacking that protective circuit. I use these batteries primarily in Warrior X and Warrior X Pro lights from Olight. They last a long time per charge, they store very well and still hold charges after long periods in storage. Along with the Olight products these batteries have held up very well to major shocks and falls onto hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt. Bottom line, these batteries are worth the money.

I had problems with my olight, battery wouldn't charge. Olight replaced the battery, but it was the flashlight that was the problem. Resolved that and the new battery fully charges and last for several days of heavy use between charges. Will buy again.

In my opinion, it's important to have Authentic Olight Batteries on hand. It's a specialized battery engineered to be charged inside the torch with its USB charger. Don't risk a fire and damaging your Olight. Only use Authentic Olight batteries.
