Deteriorated quality. No warranty support
This was my second purchase of this product.I had puchased the first one offline in 2020 and it served me well for nearly 3 years!I was so impressed by its longevity and sturdiness that when the time came to replace the old one, I decided buy the same model for second time. A quick look showed the manufacturer selling directly on Amazon. What could be better right? Went ahead and ordered one even if it was the priciest of the lot.However not so lucky this time around. Right out of the packaging, I could tell the plastics quality has taken a nose dive. What's worse, the unit just stopped working suddenly just under 4 months into the purchase. Tried contacting the seller for warranty support as the 6 months warranty period is still not over. No response.If it was a cheap one costing Rs. 300, would have just chucked it into the dustbin and moĺved on with my life. In fact, planning to do the same going forward :). So much for paying a premium for reliability!

This Nippo Terminator is a good choice, if you want to buy a mosquito "bat".Even at about 550 INR.. (more costly) is worth a buy,..Let me repeat that.. its worth a buy!What I said or aforesaid is based on my "practical" experience on how to usea mosquito bat..!Well, u don't pretend that u r a Wimbledon player !Pls be easy with the "bat"..!Thanks,Thomas.I think Nippo and Novino were/are good at what they manufactured..

Bat Is good but it does not work once 6 months get over....
The Bat is exceptionally good but the proborm id that its a bit expensive than others which is reasonable but the product stops working once 6 months gets over....why does this happen....i know warranty is of 6 months but its not mentioned that lifetime is 6 months.....the warranty of many products are of limited tine bt they don't stop working as soon as warranty gets over... This is the only problem with this bat...and also no charger neither usb and no extra batteries are given to me😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Best mosquito bat out there!!
Been using it for 2 years, charge it only 3 or 4 times till now. Long lasting battery and kills mosquito so easily. Lightweight, assures safety.
