Aryan Indian Gooseberry (Amla) Juice 1L

I've learned about the benefits of gooseberry juice from my boyfriend, and it's now part of my morning routine - I take it first thing in the morning (with hot water) before even brushing my teeth, just as ayurveda suggests. Grey hair turn back to my natural colour, my whole system feels like it's just been through a healthy detox. I especially love the sourness of this drink - it wakes me up immediately. Highly recommend

Does was it says on the the bottle even if it on the bitter side of taste.

It feels little heavy after drinking but nice and healthy

I ordered this product just before going away for a couple of weeks I did not realise it does not stay fresh more than a month so I would not have been able to use it all up. I tried some the taste was OK. Then I decided to freeze the rest in my ice cube tray to extend its life. This has been fine. Easy to reuse in cold drinks in hot weather.I have given 4 stars as I think powdered Amla more useful.
