Can it be removed and how to remove?

Dear Customer, 
   Thank you so much for your question. We provide a strong adhesive glue for installation. The glue is removable and you can reapply somewhere else with new glue if you want to remove. We have designed a small hole at the holder bottom for easy removing. You can use a flat screwdriver to gently open it up, then slightly take it down.The glue is elastic and you can use a brade to scrape gently after removing and have no residue. (Notice: Removal is only for tiles, wood and non-fagile surfaces. If install on Fiber Glass/Mirror/Mosaic any fragil surfaces, we suggest not to remove it).

Question 3

is the adhesive removable if need be from a fiberglass shower? are there any other good non-permanent install options (velcro, suction cup etc)?

   Thank you for your question. The package is included a strong adhesive glue for no drill, no srews installation, the glue is holding the handheld shower securely and stably. The adhesive glue is removable, but it is suitable for smooth, even and non-fragile surfaces. If installs on fragile surfaces(Like mirrors, fiber glass or other fragile surfaces), considering about safety, we suggest not to remove the shower head holder after installation. Question 4

Does this come with a glue?  Some say no and some say it does.  I am confused.

Mine came with very strong glue. If you allow the glue to really cure, it will hold very tightly.
