Doesn't Last Long
I bought this product just under two months ago to replace the roller that broke in our dryer. Today, our dryer started making a similar noise as when the roller broke last time, and, sure enough, this brand new roller had broken. We use our dryer about four times a week, so it's not like the dryer is constantly running. This package comes with two, so I was able to replace the new one that broke with the other new one, but I will be buying a higher-quality roller today for when the one I just installed likely breaks in a month. I recommend skipping the step I took and just buying a roller of higher quality to begin with.

Update, not replace
Our dryer was over 20 years old and very noisy. I decided to replace the needed parts. These wheels fit and were the same size as the existing wheels. Now, the dryer is as quiet as when it was first purchased and a lot less expense than a new dryer.

Quiet dryer
This part has made wash day bearable again. The dryer had gotten so loud I didn't want to wash due to having to listen to it. Now I wash in peace.

Lasted almost 3 years
Perfect fit for my old kenmore. Lasted almost 3 years before they started squealing.

Works, but noisy
I installed these replacement rollers, but they added new noise when turning. Specifically, a periodic thunk . It was a pain to replace so I put up with the thunking for several months until I finally got to replace these wheels with genuine Whirlpool roller; big difference, no more thunking. I suggest everyone to spend a few more dollars and get the genuine parts to not waste your own time. Even if the genuine parts are twice as much, don't you think it would be worth it to not deal with the additional noise for the next year or two?
