I see a lot of discussion over this product. Many loving it and many saying it is not granulated, but in the powder form. It IS indeed labelled Garlic Powder, but this is actually the granulated type, just very small granules. This is important because I like the granulated; I find the true powder form to be hard to work with and not as good tasting. This Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder is excellent, very fine quality, dried garlic into tiny granules. I'm very happy with this product.

Very aromatic and flavorful. A great spice to buy in bulk since it's good in almost everything! The garlic is fresh and flows freely with no clumps. Good value for the size.

I like this garlic powder it is just like similar ones I purchased in the past. It has no additive so you get pure garlic powder there is no anti- caking agent. It is not like the store bought granulated garlic powder with anti-caking agents When you pour it out lightly tap it because it could come out fairly fast compared to the granulated garlic type. Whenever I get a chance I order a new one because this is flavorful. Just when I add it to Chicken fried I added on the top after cooking that and covering you don't want to burn it.

Excellent garlic powder. Note that the holes for shaking it out are a bit large, so the garlic powder comes out quickly, so you have to be very careful when you shake or pour. The flavor is perfect. I am very pleased. I’d recommend and will buy again. God bless!
