Best-Rite83846 Glass Dry-Erase Board, w/Markers/Eraser, 4'x8', White

The media could not be loaded.  The board is very attractive and adds a touch of class to the office. Unfortunately, the "magnetic" feature is pretty useless. I had purchased a number of magnetic accessories designed specifically for use on magnetic display boards (display holders, dry-erase marker holder, red/green status indicator magnets, etc.). However, the magnetic holding power of the board is about 10% of the holding power I feel compared to applying the accessories to the side of a filing cabinet or cubicle cabinet. Nothing stays in place! I can only assume that the 1/8" thick glass puts too much distance between the magnetic accessories and the metal on the back of the board, because every accessory I have adheres firmly to the side of a filing cabinet, but either slowly slides down the magnetic board or doesn't adhere at all. Anyway, the board really is very attractive and looks professional enough that I intend to keep it and use it as a regular dry-erase board. However, if you're looking for a "magnetic" display board, this isn't a good option.

The board looks great up and was easy to install considering its 8'X4'. My only challenge is that I needed a magnetic board. I can't get any magnets to stick to it. No instructions to tell me if maybe I need to sort of "super" magnet? This part is upsetting for the erase "AND" magnetic is what I needed in my office.

Came with all the correct mounting hardware and better than average instructions. I do really like it in my home office and it will be very useful on webex calls, but I wonder how much all the glare coming off it will interfere with other's ability to see it over webcam. I'll be getting some plantation shutters soon to help cut down on the glare, but even that I think won't be enough. I might have to put the cam into a low light spectrum to fully make it visible to others over cam.

Great board, arrived in perfect condition, without a scratch. The mounting system actually came with eight mounts, rather than the six shown in the picture. They are terribly easy to use and quite intuitive. Even though the glass is very heavy (because it's a 4' by 8' piece of glass) a friend and I had the board up in no time at all. I had expected a much larger ordeal and was pleasantly surprised. I really don't think you are going to find a better value for looks and size in a magnetic board.

These are great dry erase boards. We've purchased many of these for our offices and everyone loves them. The thin metal film behind the glass gives you the ability to use magnets to pin documents to the board and hold your erasing cloth nearby. The writing surface is excellent and durable. The mounting hardware is also nice and secure.

great product, was delivered as expected, no missing parts. only complaint is that the wall mounts are a little flimsy but they do the job.

No surprises. As described. Not a flimsy board. Need two people to move and hang.

Overall my experience with buying this product has been terrible.
