Sheds like crazy. I always wash bedclothes first. This thing looked like a roll of toilet paper was thrown in with the wash. I washed it two times and rinsed it three times. When I dried it I had to clean the vent before I finished too many times to count. Then I washed it and dried it again I don't know if it will ever stop shedding. It was made in India. I worry about the people that work in that Factor.... I am adding that since I wrote the previous paragraph I have washed this again twice it still sheds something awful. I have had to clean my washer each time and the lint bin in my dryer gets full and I mean really full. Again what about the people who work in the factory that makes the blanket?

THIS BLANKET LOOKED NICE AND WAS SOFT COMING OUT OF THE PACKAGE. I WASHED IT BEFORE USE AND COULD NOT BELIEVE ALL OF THE LINT THAT CAME OFF OF IT BEFORE I EVEN PUT IT IN THE DRYER. THAT BEING SAID, I DID EMPTY THE DRYER FILTER 4 TIMES WHILE DRYING AND EACH TIME IT WAS FULL OF LINT. I WAS OK WITH THE LINT ISSUE BUT WHEN I PUT IT ON THE BED I NOTICED HOW THIN THE WEAVE IS AND THERE WERE SEVERAL PICKS AND RUNS. I HAVE WASHED THE BLANKET 2 MORE TIMES SINCE RECEIVING IT 4 MONTHS AGO AND IT STILL HAS LOADS OF LINT IN THE DRYER AND THE PICKS AND RUNS CONTINUE TO GET WORSE. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING THAT I CAN SAY IS THAT IT IS VERY SOFT. DO NOT BUY THIS BLANKET!!!!! THERE ARE MANY OTHERS TO CHOOSE FROM!!!

returned first one because it had a run in the threads/hole after one wash and now the second one is the same and i haven’t even washed it yet. already falling apart.
