Apple iPhone XS Max, US Version, 64GB, Space Gray - GSM Carriers (Renewed)

I advise you to buy it because it is really good and I don't regret buying it. It looks beautiful and it came well prepared.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this iPhone XS Max exceeded my expectations. It arrived in very good condition with minimal signs of use, and everything works perfectly. The battery life is solid, the screen is clean, and performance is still fast for everyday use. Being fully unlocked is a huge plus. Overall, a great deal for the price — very happy with this purchase!

I loved this phone the second I got my hands on it. At first I was terrified of purchasing it because of the bad reviews. People said they got cracked phones, malfunctioning ones and even fake ones. But finally, I mustered up the courage and bought it. It came fully functional and authentic, with all but one of the promised things. It came with a replaced battery that is not an apple supplied one. Because of that I’m unable to check the battery health, but I don’t mind. In the long run I think it’s better cuz I'm not stressing myself out over the number getting low. The battery on this XS Max is really good even though it’s not an apple product. It hold up for most of the day and as a slightly heavy user, I only find myself plugging it in to charge in the evening times or when i go to sleep. Moving on, it did come with a few scuff marks on the sides and top of the phone. I didn’t mind this one but because I had already planned to slap this powerhouse directly into a case as soon as I got it. I’m a notorious phone breaker so I had to for my sanity. And because of that, I don’t mind the scuffs for: 1: The description did say the phone could have minor scuff marks that can’t be seen at arms length. and 2: I threw a case on the phone right as i got it so yea. Lastly. The screen was beautiful and untouched by any scratches. It even came with a screen protector preinstalled, thank God. But yea, all in all this was a great buy. 9/10, would definitely recommend <3

I bought the phone on October 26, 2024. It looked to be in like new condition so originally I was happy with the purchase. Within a couple weeks it started giving me black screen where the phone was on and working but the screen was black and I couldn't use it at all. I contacted Amazon and they connected me to The Networkstore who said they were willing to give me a PARTIAL REBATE which would not help at all since I would still need a new phone and it's clear to me that this phone was defective before I ever received it. The next morning the phone was back working normally and so (dummy me) I let it go. Long story short, the phone got worse and worse, taking longer to "fix itself" until right after the return date ended in 3 months the phone screen started flashing and going to black screen even worse and by January, the phone was mostly unusable. 3 months. Now it's just completely dead. The Networkstore told me when I first contacted them (when the black screen first happened) that if it continues happening, they would be willing to help (along with the PARTIAL REFUND). After the return date expired and I again contacted them, they told me that they only meant they would help me get the screen working again. I had already tried everything possible. It's clearly a damaged phone not a software problem. The phone is dead and nothing short of a replacement will fix this. I did nothing to damage the phone. It was put in a full case the minute it was unpacked and was never dropped or mistreated in any way. For the most part it just sat on my desk in my office. It's obvious to me that this phone was ready to go out when they sold it. I know buying a refurbished phone is a risk but I think we should be able to assume that any parts that could go bad have been replaced so although it is a used phone, the parts that can go bad have been replaced. This company obviously does not do that and I will never use them again. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company at all but if you do buy from them and your phone starts acting strange, contact them immediately and demand to return the phone. If you wait, you will lose your chance and will have wasted your money.

This phone, after researching and now using for a few months, has been very reliable and doesn't have charging issues like I had thought it would. It is a good value and it has more speakers than the other phones.

I ordered my phone 1/9 and received it via FedEx on 1/13. It was sold through TRADEMORE via the Amazon Renewed Store. The battery life is at (as shown in image) 94% capacity, which is higher than their minimum of 80%. There were NO scratches, dents or any other damage anywhere on the phone. It came with a protective screen sticker (removed when putting on real protector and case), and an actual apple brand charger/cord. I upgraded from an iPhone 6s 16gb to the iPhone XS Max 256gb. The set up was extremely easy - my SIM card fit into the new phone and I was able to wirelessly transfer everything from my old phone as well through the prompted set up screens. The volume is WAY better than my old phone. Like, in a huge and substantial way. It's amazing. The screen is, obviously, bigger and the quality is definitely way superior. The phone is fast, connected to my bluetooth devices without any problems, and connected to my Mac automatically when I signed into my Apple ID. 16gb on my old phone wasn't enough for apps and to keep up with current software updates - now I am able to complete updates without worrying I will have to delete things. As minuscule as it is, playing Pokemon go used to have issues with it's AR mode (which directly related to the phone and software updates not being performed) and now there's no issues at all. So anyone looking for something with more room, better sound, better picture quality, and better screen/image quality, I highly recommend this phone as an option.

Excelente producto. Lo compre como "Condiciones Aceptable" en solo 3500 pesos. No trajo rayones y se ve excelente físicamente. La batería vino al 76% es lo único malo, a mi me dura casi todo el día. Pero igual como trabajo en oficina mientras estoy en la computadora lo pongo a recargar por si acaso. De todas maneras tengo una batería 10000mAH portátil de carga inalambrica y resuelvo los días complicados. Por el precio del equipo y el estado en que se encuentra vale la pena hasta comprar la batería portátil.

I should have returned this phone after the first issue with it! The battery life was way less than the 80% stated and got worst after every charge in my opinion! So FIRST RED FLAG - the SELLER LIED ABOUT THAT !!! I kept the phone despite this small inconvenience because it seemed to be a good phone. However now NOT even 1 YEAR after buying it, it has gotten so bad that I have to charge it multiple times a day as the battery is toast! The phone has started not fonctioning correctly, doesn’t open apps, doesn’t refresh apps when they do open, can’t call out. Can’t hear people when on the phone (when I can that is), the camera works from time to time. Just GARBAGE!! Contacted the Seller who basically tells me, isn’t there problem as I had 90 days to return! That’s great the phone was working up until NOW so that is NO HELP!!!! Also contacted AMAZON who were ALSO NO HELP, as again apparently not their problem! I need to contact Apple directly, who of course won’t help me because I didn’t buy it from them! So I am now 500$ down as it’s too late to go to my bank and cancel the transaction and with a phone that DOES NOT function so I had to buy a new one !!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER buy a refurbished phone from AMAZON or a 3rd party seller again! And regret buying this way!! STAY CLEAR and go elsewhere if you want good quality and good customer service!

For the price no complaints… I would change battery, go to apple only, soft ware is still great rocking 17.1.1. I’m happy with my purchase, phone looks brand new…. Communication great….. recommend seller…..

It’s like brand-new, but it’s 256GB instead of 512GB
